Why have a restaurant open to the public if everything my family goes to order you don’t have available? No hash browns for my son. No everything bagels or sesame seed bagels for myself. Not a single employee was wearing a mask as per the Tim Hortons Covid protocols. Absolutely disgusted and if an owner sees this I would love to tell you how terrible your staff and store is doing compared to other franchise owners locations.
Made me wait 15 minutes for a single chocolate chip muffin then gave my sandwich order to someone else and made me wait another 15 minutes just to make another. Always experienced the worst service as the servers always had the worst attitude and never respected their customers.
One of the worst tim Hortons ever special the staff working in the night.. they are so rude and unresponsible. Never go to this tim Hortons even if it is the last shop left in Canada. Never means never.. staff is really bad.

Buns were dried out and not edible today. Called them to make them aware and they said they are pulling them off now. Do they not check these before they go on the shelf.
I only go here for coffee because everytime I order food they don't ever seem to get it right. Specifically said no tomatoes and they put it on anyways. The service is complete trash. They either need to fire everyone and hire a new staff or shut this location down altogether
If you want to redeem your points go elsewhere...I have tried this place multiple times - the experience is slightly different each time. I ordered tea, doughnuts and melted cheese. I had offer for melted cheese ( get 1 free) and also since I never use my points I had enabled the points for doughnuts and tea.First I saw a chicken sandwich combo on my list when I was about to pay . I said I don't want that never ordered they said that is to save money for combo. I asked them to remove that as my calculations it is more expensive. Then I saw they didn't deduct my points instead charge me. I said that cannot be done. They said split orders to enable . Deducted the cheapest from points. Tried again , not deducting points, said system doesn't take points after an offer. They just wanted money and for that they have played with the system as last time a manager came and over rided for me. This time ,the senior person just said not possible and walked away. If you want to get points.reduced ( mine is expiring in March) go elsewhere which I did and they never had any issues...
Horrible drive through experience. So much laughing in the background this morning they couldn’t properly hear my order. Had to repeat several times. They got my coffee order wrong and gave me 4 egg sandwiches instead of 2 and 4 hash browns instead of 2. Luckily I wasn’t charged for it so got it free but my coffee went too waste because it was so sweet. They put 4 sugars instead of 1. Maybe if they weren’t having a social party during my drive through they would’ve gotten order correct.

Very bad service. ALMOST always gets the orders wrong and never take special instructions into consideration. Something I'm so bothered is that they keep getting it wrong with the difference in ice capp and ice coffee. With my last five visits to here, four orders of mine had to be re-done again. Do not recommend.
