Don't go there if you have a weak stomach. Been there a few time and had no issue. Today (Tuesday) we went there and bought two IceCaps at around 6:45pm. Both of us ended up in the can multiple times and i am the one with a strong stomach.
The restaurant experience was good except for the protest going on outside the Woodside Cinemas that was loud at first, but the number of participants were growing by the hour. I think it is an unlawful assembly and police need to be called in to ask the protesters as they were making myself and others quite uncomfortable. Avoid going to mall today if at all possible as the protest might turn violent.
Ordered here on ubereats they forgot 3 items in my order. Horrible place I do not recommend. This is the 4th time this happened.

So I've went to Tim Horton's for several years way before they got bought out by RBI or even the Wendy's merger. From them cost cutting and cheaping out on their food to increase their profit margins, I have to say, Tim Horton's has gone downhill in so many ways.Tim Horton's baked goods used to be fresh. I remember when they actually used to bake their donuts in store. Now it's frozen trash shipped from a factory. Heck, the sandwiches don't even seem hot and crispy when served. Also, I noticed how there's less filling in some of the donuts.Their coffee frankly tastes like awful. McDonald's has better coffee. Or better yet, make it at home since its cheaper. It'll taste way better than Tim Horton's.Honestly, Tim Horton's have been going downhill for a long time now. Despite themselves marketing as Canadian company, I don't see them as one.

Extremely slow service and nothing tastes right. The ice capps are weird. Just drive over to Middlefield and Finch, much better service and quality.
The coffee is gross. The donuts eventually became as gross. I haven't found a single occassion that I've wanted to go to a Tim Hortons (especially this one) over a McDonald's in the past year (absolutely no reason since the donuts became bad, McDonald's coffee is better). Its also somehow more expensive than nearly all other chain fast food stores.

I have visited this tim several times as it’s the nearest one to my apartment. The dark roast coffee that they serve is never satisfactory. I always need to ask them to make a fresh one. I order triple triple. The sugar is always very less and it’s not hot enough. Not a good place to go if you love to have dark roast.
