Walked into this location at about 3 minutes after 6:00 today Wednesday May the 18th 2022.Once inside I walked over to the register where I could have my order taken.Sat there and waited.I saw the baker icing donuts on my right side and I saw another male yelling at one of the other female employees and another female employee behind the counter making bagels at 6:08 I walked out with no service didn't even get an acknowledgment nobody said good morning will be with you in a minute just totally ignored fantastic customer service Tim HortonsI'll be sure to visit this location again... NOT
Small location, so they are limited in what they can do. However the same ladies have been there for years and years. They are nice and always greeting people. I do like this location, despite it having limited menu items.
used to be there ordering drink almost everyday through drivethru. Today I tired to use the mobile app to order it, and cashier charged me second time for $2.07. I figured it out by checking my back account right after getting the drink. Then I drove back to the store and asked for refund for second charge. Luckily cashier gave me back cash for $2.05... em.. alright... wasted time and gas

The workers are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. During Holidays they closed early, I understand that but at least they should have put a barrier or close sign in the drive through lane so people know they are closed. There was a big line up of cars unaware of the situation. I waited almost 15 min and then waited in front of the order boot for another 5 min. No one said they were closed. I went to the window, and I saw workers still there but didn't even open the window so that I could tell them to put a sign outside. They were very rude and unprofessional. The management team needs to retrain their crew or they will be famous as the worst Tim Hortons branch in the town. They employees need to learn customer service skill. I know they are just workers and work for the paycheque but they have know their responsibilities and respect customers. They had no manners at all. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again in my life.
There was told I've no valid free coffee when at the previous Tim, I was informed that I'll get the next one free
The place is smaller but staff is quite quick. Drive through is very fast which is good for drivers.
Service is slow due to lack of staff. Food quality is not good. I ordered bagel with cream cheese and the quantity of cream cheese was very low. Other day I order veggie bagel in which the lettuce was very very less.
Served me room temperature tea today. Friendly staff but my order is always wrong.
Fast service, so far haven’t botched my order
