They messed up my drive thru order. My cilantro lime chicken wrap was only half a wrap. The location by Markville mall Tim Hortons has a better proportioned wrap.

Staff seams lost. I don't why we order in a lone when you just serve anyone you want. Some staff only work at a super slow speed. I mean they do not care to walk fast. They talk way to much to each other when line ups are too long manager must hire friends. Because this is not a team.

I would love to take the time to upload a picture of this but I have better things to be doing with my time. Even taking the time to leave this review is a questionable use of my time. Had some mixed items ordered for everyone on a breakfast run. 2 hashbrowns. Nowhere to be found. Why i'm leaving the review you ask? Because of how there were 2 HASHBROWN WRAPPERS in my bag WITH NO HASHBROWNS. SOMEONE ACTUALLY PUT 2 HASHBROWN SLEEVES IN MY BAG WITH NO HASHBROWNS. FRIENDLY REMINDER THIS IS WHY YOU WORK AT TIM HORTONS FOR A LIVING.

Horrible Tim Hortons. I ordered a dark roast coffee and it tasted so burnt. I drank a bit of it and had to pour it out because it tasted so bad. I'm pretty sure if I went back to complain about it they would have fixed it but I was at work and who has the time to complain about a $2 coffee. My guess was that not many people order dark roast so it must have been sitting on the burner for a long time. Being such a large franchise I wouldn't have expected that.

App ordered and picked up via drive thru.The drinks were great.Just the right amount of powder for the white chocolate milk. No extra crystals and no watery taste.Coffee and iced cap were just as good.

I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich meal and this is what I got...im very disappointed and this isn't the first time but it will be the last time, they have 0 customers service and need a reevaluation of their employees at this location.

For best experience go through the drive through. In store customers gets little to no service. It took 10 min to get a coffee and bagel. If I hadn't paid already I would've left.

I ordered online through the app. DoorDash delivered.The paper take-out bag was not fully closed. It was half-opened. NOT SAFE AT ALL.The food got cold when it arrived. The potato wedges are so hard. Couldn't even bite them. The buns are also so hard and dry. I will not order from this location again. HIGHLY DISSASTISFIED.

Large space inside but not clean enough. Also, they screw up our order. We ordered soup with broccoli but they made with chicken. We had to wait 10 mins to fix the order. Foods okay as usual, nothing special. But the people there are not pro.

I could smell the creamer wasn’t good or idk if they gave me an old coffee as there was no ice in it.
