Place is okay - clean and neat, but the service is unacceptable. Always had something wrong for what you ordered, especially late at night.
No soup, no paper towel and hand dryer broken, when they don't care about those items you can imagine how dirty is other thing back there.
Worst customer service ever. The customer before me paid with credit card. When I asked to pay by credit, another cashier rudely pointed at the sign “accept cash only”. She banged on the glass and said “look at this” (pointing to the sign). Never seen a Tim Hortons not accepting credit card. Not accepting credit card when the machine is working looks like a red flag to me! Corporate office definitely needs to take a look to see if anything sketchy is going on here (e.g. possible tax evasion, avoiding corporate royalties, etc).
Rudest customer service. Went in at 10 AM, 23-05-2022, ordered a medium triple decaf, got the coffee. I asked for a straw or something to stir, the lady working there got agitated and started asking me 'why do you need something to stir when mixed everything properly'. I did not say anything, then after staring at me for a few seconds she gave me a straw and screamed, 'are you happy now'?
Went in to get a coffee, stood in the “wrong” spot and although 4 different people saw me, not one asked if I needed anything. At one point someone finishing their shift stood right in front of me and said nothing. I realized and moved to the correct spot and it took five minutes for some one not only acknowledge me, but to take the order. To top it off they were all quite rude. Unless you are moving quick through drive thru, choose a happier location. Side note: coffee was stale.
This location was actually the worst I have been in. The staff has a horrible attitude that irritates me. I had to wait 30 minutes just for a simple sandwich. They are disorganized and kept raising their voices at me for no reason making me feel rushed and they spoke to me in a very demanding tone. This doesn't even deserve a star. I wish I could give it 0 stars but I can't so I give it a 1.
Lines get really long sometimes, but I always do mobile order anyways. 9/10 times my order is ready by the time I get there. Both morning managers are quick with finishing orders
Worst service, they forgot about my order and I have to wait for 20 minutes for a simple coffee and when received it wasn't even hot.
Clean and bright inside the dining area. The cashier saw me enter and was ready to take my order as soon as I approached the front. Good job
Always busy place. You’ve got to be patient as they attend to the drive through orders faster. Food is always fresh.
