Staff are nice but this location is literally always short staffed all the time. Its not even worth going to this location for the long line up!
I ordered iced coffee which I tasted and was very bitter I can’t even taste so I went back to change and they were so rude they said to get a new one. I also worked at Tims and I would never do this but help customers instead
Was served uncooked sausage instead of changing it they said its on a timer I showed them that its still pink inside they said the same thing that its on a timer. Ended up getting the manager he was rude to the employee showing him the sausage. Common sense would tell you if you have 30 sausage patties on a timer packed on top of each other some of them would be undercooked
Very convenient location.\\nDrive through is always busy. But lots indoor sitting.

Always busy, seem under-staffed. Ironically sell coffee & food whereas most stores dont want u to go into store with food or drink. Suggest finish before u continue shopping.
Location VERY slow and staff are rude .. walk to the Tim's by the cineplex, better staff and quicker food.
Very appreciated their service. I went to another Timmis to buy gift cards, after paying, they told me no envelopes at all. I come to this store for help. They offer a great customer service and give me some envelopes. Thank you!!
