Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and staff, very down to earth people here. Only able to try the shrimp silog and found it tasty and delicious!! The "taba from the talangka", if you know then you know! Definitely coming back to try lots of stuff on the menu!
It was truly a disappointment for me and my family when we visited, since we were so hyped about this place from the pictures in insta and the reviews seemed amazing too. The burgers were not made of the blue dough which is one of their selling points. The prices are way hiked up! We were not made aware of the no blue dough burgers until our food arrived on the table.The silogs were pretty ok but again portion size is way smaller for the price point. I would say may be focus more on the silogs cause people would love to come back for that with the right price. The burgers were not good - too oily, too much onions, and barely any sauce or cheese. The reality vs the insta pics are totally deceptive. I gave one star cause the server was very good and the for the silog’s taste.
AMAZING!!! my husband and daughter picked up our Friday night dinner and were met with very kind service and even added an extra order of fries that we forgot.All of it, and I mean all of it was amazing!!!! Our order: spring rolls, garlic fried rice, big dipper fries (spicy but sooo good!!!), millennial falcon, OG meteor and space invader. This was much more than our family of 4 needed, but we love left overs for a quick meal on the weekends. We will certainly be back and raving about it to anyone that will hear.Thank you for brightening the start to our weekend Hungry Moon!
Just tried this gem of a resto! Food was delicious, vegetarian friendly and creative! Loved the sparkling blue buns! Gemini fries for the win!!! Can’t wait to return!!
I've been eyeing The Hungry Moon since their food truck days but I never had the chance to go and give it a try. I’m so glad that they finally opened their restaurant. The restaurant itself is "out of this world". I really love the space theme they have. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered Orion's Belt and my bf ordered Tap-Silog and they did not disappoint!I cannot wait to come back and try out their other dishes :)
The chef has done the seeming impossible and transformed the humble burger into an exciting culinary artform. Vivid purple buns, splashes of golden spice, and richly coloured fillings are feasts for the eye that are only surpassed by their delicious flavours. The staff are most welcoming and have a passion for their work. Excellent vegetarian choices available. I love this place!
I discovered this gem by accident, and I'm glad I did. The food looked so good, I couldn't wait to dig in. Flavours are well balance, and food was cooked to perfection. You can taste the love and passion put into the food, like a home cooked meal. It hit the spot! I was lucky enough to also meet one of the owners, and he was very friendly and kind. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. Thank you hungry moon for the delightful experience.

Food was yummy.The storefront isn't visible from Kingston Rd so I almost missed it! Glad I was persistent because the food was great!
