Refused to give me a drink without tapioca. My mom and I wanted their new tiramisu milk tea but without tapioca. Should be no big deal right? Instead it was a whole song and dance about them not willing to change the recipe. They assured us the drinks are not pre-made, so not including tapioca would literally take less time, work and money to make. Anyways, their unwavering determination to not satisfy the customer was too strong to bare. The Alley establishment would rather us leave thirsty and defeated than accommodate their customers.My day was ruined and now I hate my life in this cruel society.
Business owner is really cheap. I had a fountain drink from Taco Bell and a shopping bag when I came to the alley and ordered a $8 bubble tea. I asked for a drink tray and the server told me she couldn’t give me one because I only ordered one drink.I proceeded to carry 2 drinks and a shopping bag without a drink tray and almost dropped both drinksThe reviews are 100% trueVery cheap business. I will never return.
Great drinks and every other location is great but this one is understaffed and is very slow. Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your drink.
I absolutely love their Jasmine Green Tea Milk Tea, Royal Goddess, and Royal No. 9. I would describe these drinks as refreshing, smooth, fragrant, and scrumptious. I also always look forward to this place whenever I had the chance to go there. Unfortunately, the place is often closed previous months ago which was not in accordance to schedule on their website or Google.When I visited this store for the first time after its initial opening, the cashier was kind enough to lead me to their recommended drinks. The cashier was able to ask the right questions to match my tastes, which was very effective. Along the way, I was able to find my most favourite, Jasmine Green Milk Tea! It’s just too bad that there are times when the waiting times are too long.Either way, I am obsessed with their milk teas and will try their other varieties soon.
