The quantity and quality of food is just absurd, I ordered the chicken teriyaki with noodles (extra meat). They gave barely any meat and noodles we soggy and overcooked. Why are your portions so small for a $16.00 meal?? I'm tired of food places being cheap and underachieving the quality of food. Get real or get out of this business, I will never dine here again and am telling my friends and family to do the same.

My wife and I got the signature Chicken and a Beef Create your own bowl. Probably the worst teriyaki i have ever had.1. There was barely any meat. In terms of them cooking the meat, they only used water and no seasoning or marinade to cook with. It was literally eating plain chicken/beef.2. They use squirt bottles for their teriyaki sauce. Not sure if this is standard, but most of the teriyaki fast food restaurants i have been to have used sauce from a warmer and poured it on with a ladle. Using a squirt bottle would be fine if not for point number 3 (see below).3. Teriyaki sauce was extremely sour and bitter. With each bite, i felt like i needed to drink some water. It was quite disgusting to be quite frank. Probably turned me off from teriyaki for a long time4. Overall meal was not good yet very expensive. The signature is about $12.99 +tax while the create your own is $11.99 ish. Nothing about the meal was good. My wife is legitimately concerned that she will get sick from her meal as the vegetables and meat tasted 'off'.5. In Conclusion: you can probably get a much better teriyaki experience elsewhere. There are a lot of other fast food establishments in the area whereby you will probably a better quality of food. I am hoping that they can improve the quality of their food; unfortunately i do not anticipate coming back to see if they will improve.

Totally rip off. $15 for a little box of rice with a few veg and very little meat. Will not be back .

The food tastes absolutely disgusting and is overpriced for what they actually serve you.

The ambiance could be improved. I found it dark and tables not set up as I entered the restaurant. The food was tasty and good portion. I had take-outTeriyaki chicken. I'll be back.

Was really disappointed my first time and the food didn't look appealing there were hardly any veggies and beef i wasn't expecting this. The rice too soggy wouldn't other this again

Hopeless! Annoyed at myself for not checking the reviews before hand. My teriyaki beef didn’t even have anything that resembled teriyaki sauce in it. And very little meat! Wouldn’t recommend - don’t waist your money!

Beware...Sticker still in the veggie mix. See picture...Poor service.Ordered "Fire It Up" that should have came with Dasani water and she just intentionally gave me another brand water. Had to ask for the correct beverage. Also ordered Yakisoba Chicken not much chicken and noodles, but mostly sprouts...

I ordered the the spicy udon noodles through SkipTheDishes the first time and it was okay. The second time I ordered it on skip the noodles seemed kind of dry with a weird taste. I won’t be ordering from this place again.
