Like many others experiences, Taste of Hong Kong had very big shoes to fill...That being said, my dish Braised radish beef brisket was a big fail. The flavours were a little washed out and that was not the main issue. The radish in the dish were sour and when I brought this to the shops attention, they did not seem to care... enough said. Next, goodbye...I will definitely try out the many other shops in the area and not return after this experience. And no, it did not taste anything like what I remember HK to be besides the attitude
I usually come here to eat but today a newer staff, elderly woman took my order, she forgotten the sandwich with egg in my meal, after realizing she swiped it away to hide it from her co worker, she didn’t even bother calling me back. Like seriously??
THEYRE HONG KONG STYLE SPAGHETTI IS BEYOND ANYTHING IVE EVER TASTED ON THIS PLANET. if you think italians know how to make spaghetti well it sucks to be you, make it a priority to come here and get this dish. Please do not eat it hot let it cool for a few minutes . It will knock the socks off your feet.
Been coming here regularly for their baked pastas. Recently tried their Guilin noodles (fantastic). Their curries are great - definitely a must try for fans of curry rice. Service is always excellent. I think they also upgraded their complementary soup recently, because it's been consistently excellent.
Baked Portuguese chicken, very nice HK style milk tea is good.

If the review is just about the food, then I would give up to 4 stars. Price is average. However, there are a few worrisome aspects. We saw the staff taste a cup of milk tea, set the spoon aside, and then mixed the cup of tea with the same spoon after adding more tea. Given how we've gone through over a year of pandemic, you would expect a little more attention to be paid to hygiene. We also saw one of their staff in the kitchen with the mask not covering their nose.
I ordered a chicken fried ho fun that came without the chicken, and the serving portion is much reduced. You have lost a regular customer
