Went to this location for supper today. Ordered the Doritos tacos and upgraded my fries to a supreme.Got home with my food, opened up the fries supreme and there is almost no meat on the fries. Maybe a fifth of what you get in a taco. I would have had to eat one meat crumb in each bite to make it last. I went back to the restaurant and while I was talking to the cashier about it the two duty managers are standing back and watching. Neither would approach me to solve my issue.. I told them they could eat it. I will never return to this location. No pride in their service and no customer service skills at all
CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT!!!!Unfortunately I didn't, I ate half of this, pray for me.The cheesy gordita is moldy, whoever made it needs to be fired ASAP! The manager/owner offered to replace the meal. From the same bread bag?! Prepared by the same persons who fudged the first one?!I will NEVER eat here again. Whenever I go to Taco Bell, I never expect too much so that I won't be disappointed but this Morningside location can't even deliver the basics (good food and customer service).I placed an order online to try and save time but it ended up taking more time thanks to the cashier, Liam.When I arrived, there was a long line of customers but then I saw a sign for online pickup. There was 1 guy in front of me and he got his order without any problems. But when it was my turn, Liam, completely ignored me and kept on taking orders from the long line of customers. If I didn't interrupt him, I would have still easily been waiting for another 10 minutes. Terrible customer service!!My food was already cold when he handed me my order. The soft shelled tacos were already sticking to the wrappers and my fries were spilled all over the inside of the bag. And my fries supreme had almost no meat. I paid an extra $1.35 for just sour cream and tomatoes and just 1 teaspoon of each.I asked for my order for 6:40p but got a text message at 6:54p saying that my order was ready. What's the point of the text message if it's gonna be 14 minutes late!? Horrible experience! Never again!
Actually went into the location to order and some kid named Liam (asian dude) prioritized taking a drive thur order over mine as i’m standing in front of him then had the audacity to say to my me that taking my order first was not his problem. Well it’s a problem now and VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
FIX YOUR UBER EATS MENU. A bunch of your items are setup incorrectly because you have multiple/missing/sold out items that are required.
I went to the drive-thru around 10 PM and was informed they were closed, even though their posted hours state they close at 11PM. I pointed out the incorrect hours to the drive thru attendant and was both told Google and the tacobell.ca website were wrong. I asked about the front door sign which also says 11PM closing time and was given a blank stare.If there was an emergency or staffing issue which resulted in an early closing that night, it would be fine and understandable with the current employee shortage situation, but to say ALL the posted hours, including the one on YOUR front door are incorrect is nonsense.I went to the Ajax location about 20 minutes away who were open for the correct hours.
They have messed up all of my 3 orders from uber eats. Not once have they provided a straw for the drink, they do not read special instructions and a few times I was missing a burrito or fries. Food presentation could be better. Food is usually cold. They need to hire better employees

walked in there and saw a lineup; there was one inside the store, and one outside the store. I asked for a soft and hard taco once I got to the cash. Last-minute, I ask to pay for one with cash, and the other with debit. I go into this expecting it to delay my order. But it doesn't. Despite how busy they are, they're friendly, and I'm in and out of there in 5 minutes. Beautiful. Never had such fast service. Promote all of them. They deserve it.
When I got home noticed that the taco shells were broke which made it very hard to eat
