The girl that served me literally had no greeting. She demanded how I ordered… she was rude. Told me the amount that I owed and then walked away. It was weird. She had brown hair, was white and attractive, but angry. I guess that’s because I was ordering after 9pm. We ate and vowed that we will never again. It was obvious that the chicken was sitting all day. It was charred and hard. I had a double breast and it was the least tender chicken id ever had. My partner had 1/2 chicken and showed me the hard, tough piece. We didn’t eat our meals and we love (or used to) Swiss chalet.
Very few people don't know that Swiss Chalet's chicken breast is so dry and bland they should instead order dark meat. The last time I was there they were asking all the customers to accept a free upgrade to a half chicken dinner instead of a double leg dinner. Few people accepted so they started pretending they were out of double legs but a staff member told me the truth is they are stuck with too many white meat (chicken breasts) and not enough legs but not sold out. I stood my ground and got what I ordered - a double leg dinner.

One of the more consistent Swiss chalets around. Usually order at least a couple of times a month. Good portions delivered fast and hot. Keep up the good work!
Amazing service and good food.Our server was attentive and very professional. Before leaving i thanked her and showed our appreciation.
Picked up Hand-Breaded Fish & Chips for Mom and she loved it! Everything fresh and crispy she said and most importantly, staff is attentive and friendly.

Got my order wrong on pickup but hand delivered it with in 10min, they went up and beyond my expectations. Food was great and the family was happy. It's little things like this that will keep me coming back. cheers
ordered 2 chicken club wraps chicken bacon and cheese only due to ALLERGIES no pickles highly allergic but i was told so sorry it should have been replace but not even
