OK experience. The chicken was hot and delicious, however the fries were a bit soggy. The ribs I had ordered ended up cold on the first order and even when I had approached the staff about this and they had replaced it, it was still mostly cold. Although, the staff were polite and friendly. Pecan and Apple pies for dessert were good.

The restaurant was empty. The waitress was friendly and prompt. The FOOD however was terrible!! The supposed quarter chicken leg was canary size, burnt and dried out. The fries were also overcooked and burned. There was no lemon water bowel. After complaining the manager never bothered to show her face. Avoid this Swiss Chalet, as there are better diners next door.

Most disorganized place ever. I booked our team with 25 people. Took 1 hour to get food and we were the only one's in the restaurant. It took 45 minutes to check out. We ordered by team jerseys to make it easier butthat didn't even help. Never gave a thumbs down before to a restaurant but there is always a first. This is the one...

This location is poorly managed and untrained staff. My biggest upset was with swiss chalet meal. Pay an upcharge for white and poutines and not sure why. Didnt get both anyways. Asked for chicken sandwiches and not beef. Both harveys and swiss challet meals under same bill thru drive thru. Got to the window dude says all is in the bag and left. To get home downtown to see the order is messed up completely. Called 3 times patiently. Apparently the manager talks a nice a game but doesnt honour what she says. By far the worst experience in fast food Scarborough history ever. Wise people of Scarborough DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Theres other mom and pop restaurants that needs support. Swiss chalet milner n morningside is a HUGE disappointment. They sent me two complimentary burgers when the swiss challet meals cost more and false promises. Will keep and return these burgers cards when next in Scarborough. Absolutely pathetic!!

Manager Kelsey didn’t honour sign and prices displayed. Left without ordering. Totally unacceptable. This was after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru for them to check if I can order what’s on the sign.

The WORST service ever. Waited an hour. Had to get our own cutlery. Food far from fresh. Very unhappy. Will not be back!!!! Definite management problems!!!

$18 half chicken dinner. What a rip off, asked for extra fries, even traded my roll for the cheapest, most marked up item on the menu. Got nothing extra just lost my roll. No wonder they're closing restaurants

The waitress was very friendly and took care of our every needs. Even when my wife order rice with her chicken and it was under cook. Our waitress, took food back and replace it with a different side and chicken. We left the restaurant very happy. This is why, I am giving it 5 stars for service and friendly environment.

Edit: After the review I posted below, the company reached out to me on January 31 offering an apology for the inconvenience and complimentary dinner card. I am yet to receive it. So not only was the service in the restaurant poor during the restrictions, but now their customer service online is also. If they show they really cared about their customers and the service they provide by following up with their offer I will edit and let you know.I ordered pickup online so that I wouldn't have to wait long...I was mistakenly. I had received an email saying that pickup was 5:35pm. Got there a few minutes after only to find a long line. There was only one line for all customers... In-store ordering, online orders, doordash, pick up...everyone! How inefficient. The sign indicating there was only one line was hidden by the lineup so two people coming for pickup went to the front of the line which is a natural thing to do because one would expect a lineup for only in store ordering. I'm sure this occurs all the time. Management should seriously look into this inefficiency. One customer even comment that it was the slowest fast-food she's ever encountered. No kidding.

I’ve never waited so long at a front counter of a restaurant to not see a single employee or anyone walking around to see how people are doing or even to acknowledge customers waiting to be seated or even get information…… This was such a useless visit to a place that would consider themselves a restaurant, and this had not been the first time, i let it slide prior thinking it may have been a one off but nope.
