My friend & I had the honour of having Norma as our server. Not only did she do a great job at helping me plan a special birthday surprise for my friend, she also went the extra mile by ensuring all staff were involved in helping him celebrate. This of course is in addition to the great food service, options & taste that everyone loves about Swiss Chalet.
Our server Norma was very kind and made sure check up on us from time time to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. It was a pleasure to be served by such a dedicated employee. She is hard working and likeable. An asset to your team!
We love this Swiss Chalet location, and we frequent often. The staff are always very friendly, courteous and professional - Our favourite server is Norma N, who always goes above and beyond to ensure our complete dining experience exceeds our expectations. The menu selection seems to get better each visit, and the food quality, quantity and presentation you can always count on to be superb! We dropped in on a Thursday for lunch. Service was great, Amy was a friendly server that worked fast and helped us with our coupons and answered our questions. We also ordered take out and it was fast while we waited for our bill, which we appreciate. The food tasted good! No complaints on food! Overall a good experience here. Thank you!

Our server Norma N was very customer focused. From time to time, she would check if everything was alright with our food and if there was anything we need. And she saw to it that our needs were taken cared of. The other other staff members were also welcoming and attentive. All in all - we had a very pleasurable evening dining experience. I've loved going to Swiss Chalet ever since I was a little kid because the food is always so excellent and this most recent trip was no exception. Had a wonderful time and the food didn't disappoint as always. Our waitress Amy was absolutely top notch! In addition to being an extraordinary human being, she was extremely helpful and kind. My group and I would come back in a heartbeat for the extraordinary food and to have a fantastic time with Amy again! Bless you Amy
