We love having a swiss chalet lunch on the weekends. We moved so had to find a new location. This one was the closest to us so we tried it. It was amazing! The fries are always perfect and the chicken never dry! The pop is always mixed properly as well. But our favourite is our server Connie! We basically return there for her, she treats us like gold and is always happy and friendly, it makes our day to see her! I recommend this location 100%.
It was the first time I went to Swiss Chalet in my life and it was ok. Nothing incredible or horrible. The chicken was good, the rib not so much. The service is very good and the Poutine is delicious too.
Visited this location on a semi busy Friday night. Atmosphere from walking in to walking out was just awesome. Restaurant was very well maintained and clean. My server was Jacquelyn and she was super sweet and friendly. Food came pretty quickly and was cooked right. Manager Wendy introduced herself and was very pleasant to interact with. It was good to see Emily and Monica as well. The staff are super amazing and very efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. Most definitely will be back again as it is the perfect way to end the work week. Thank you ladies for being so great. See you next time.
Ribs were awesome, fall off the bone and french fries are the best here!Nice to see the same loyal server again after the pandemic. Always polite and consistent.

I had a good experience ordering online and picking up curb side. The only hiccup was the app telling me my order would be delayed by 10 mins, (which was false) and the server came out 1 minute later
Ate here with a friend yesterday and was served by a lovely server named Carol. She was very efficient and attentive to our needs! Food came out in a timely manner and wow, great food portion size! I got the double leg dinner with fries and had enough leftovers to eat again for dinner :). Chalet sauce was incredible and came out piping hot as per usual. I've eaten at several Swiss Chalets and I would say this one is one of the best! Highly recommend!
Wendy and her team gave us excellent service!! I ordered 35 meals for a special event, each including Chicken Pot Pie, Garden Salads with the house dressing , Lemon Meringue Pies, and the Dinner Rolls. On the day of my event came to pick up my order at 11:30am. They had everything packed and ready to go when I arrived. A lovely and curteous gentleman assisted to carry out the boxes to my car and helped to pack everything. What service!!! Thank you for a job well done. The food was hot and delicious, salad fresh, dessert yummy!!!??????
