Their Food is good and overpriced ! The Staff especially female staffs are too pompous and arrogant. I went there today July 15, 2022 around 2;00 - 2;15pm to grab Lunch. Said Hello to alert them a customer is waiting to be attended to as there was nobody at the cash register. The arrogant slim lady who saw me from where she was standing just look up and snub me. I knocked on the counter top to sensitize her of my presence and the she yelled ;What !!! . Reluctantly she took my order and guess what ! She packaged the order and instead of handing it over to me , she threw it to the counter Top and without a word went away. I reported her attitude to her mail co-worker who eventually came out from Pantry in her Presence. She said nothing and there was no sign of remorse. I returned the Food and demanded for a refund. What a place.
worst Uber eats dinner ever. almost 50.00 and could even drink the pop, food was not edible at all it went in the garbage. horrible under cooked no meat kn oxtail and rubber on bones. I've never had anything so bad ?
Food was over priced ! The fried chicken was way over done! Did not ask for some weird veggies mix and the coleslaw was spoiled. Would never go back again lost a good customer .
By far the worst dining experience I have ever had. if I could rate it a zero I would. As I enter the restaurant the girl on shift kisses her teeth and proceeds to the back of the restaurant for a good 10 minutes. Since it is an hour before closing and no food is in the display window I asked her what was still available. I have never been met with such disgusting attitude in her response. I don’t know who hired her but she clearly look like she nah wan be deh. It was a turn off and I was gonna cancel my order but I tried to justify her attitude with a bad day. So I left and let my husband deal with her. Only for him to tell me she tried to double charge him for my drink I had already paid for with even more attitude. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize once proven wrong. Sunrise do better with your front line/customer service reps.
Order bbq chicken through skip. Chicken was harder than algebra. Clearly day old food. Never again!
Portions are generous & the food is delicious. Got the jerk chicken with rice/peas and ox tail gravy, highly recommended!
The service was really bad and it taste like the food was reheated , also the coleslaw was spoiled , we call to notify them and they were so rude . Disappointed that the could have poisoned ? us with no apologies at all
By far the worst service and food I have ever had from a sunrise.. the lady had the worst attitude and the food was some kind a special..it was 10 dollar look at it..and taste nasty! Like the ladies attitude
I've been ordering large chicken soup from you guys on Uber Eats and i have got to say it is absolutely Delicious. My mom has also become a fan. Thank you for the complimentary festival. It was very tasty. Keep up the good work. We appreciate you and will continue to support your store ??
Good coleslaw. Family meal deal is a decent price for what you get. My kids love the BBQ chicken and rice and peas!
