Worst Experience ever.The girl HINA was working and she was so rude and helpless. She didn’t even know about the promotions going on. Made my sub in hurry and it was not less than a waste.Didn’t even binded or wrapped the sub.Please hire people who can at-least know basic customer service.Thanks

Worst experience. We went there around 3 am to get subs but the guy working there told us that their oven is under cleaning. This has happened twice to us. If you are not going to serve your customers properly then what is the purpose of keeping this location open 24 hours. You are not doing any business during night.

Wouldnt waste your time with soup. Never fresh straight out of the warmer like other locations. Theyll microwave it and itll still be cold.

It's subway nothing special about it, eat it cause there was nothing conveniently open around at 3am

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. The employees don’t know what they are doing and just stand there thinking( I spent 20 min there for three subs and I’m the only customer, hellooooo??). I literally have to tell them how to make the sub. They put the ingredients all wrong.BTW they also don’t know how to use a knife. Cut my wrap half way through.

I recently went to this store and ordered a footlong. Only request was to cut in half and pack it separately but the employee literally told me It would cost me extra to just pack it separately. Not only that, I asked for extra napkins and she told me It would cost me extra even for the napkins. I WAS SHOCKED AT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. So disgusting my experience was.

Worst customer service ever, staff including the manager is soo rude and unapologetic for their own mistake. After getting charged extra for my food when i asked for the refund manager said (they are not walmart )they don’t do it in their store they have no refund policy.Not only i was overcharged but i was given the wrong order, when I brought the issue to the manager’s notice he said he heard the conversation on the camera instead of apologizing or listening to the customer problem he kept on saying the mistake was never made by the employee.So much disappointed i wish they can learn to first listen to the customer instead of arguing????

I went in to order a meatball sub. After waiting in line for 10 minutes while another customer was served, I was told they didn't have any. I decided to order the new crispy chicken sub instead, they were out of that as well. How can you be out of food? I had to drive to another subway 8km away to get my original order.

So first of all subway is providing coupons as marketing strategy or idk what it is. We went there with coupon to have chicken because we only eat chicken. The owner specially for this location is having special menu for coupons. Coupon has nothing written on it that only turkey or tune would be given to you. I mean i would report this thing to headoffice that why do you guys provide coupons when some owners from your franchise are being so partial with people eating only chicken. I was there at 1am in night after work to have dinner and this is what i get to see. This is insane. And the guy there is using the same knife for bacon sub for chicken sub and every other order. This is food contamination. I mean what if we dont eat bacon and you are actually mixing up some part of bacon in my sub. I am disappointed with this subway location. I wish i had an option to give 0 ratings for this location.
