Quick & friendly service! Small area in the shop but has a few tables just outside in the mall area.
Amazing store that provides quality service of beverages and customer service. Cleanliness is maintain throughout the store and the baristas know their coffee knowledge

They have good customer relationship..The store is nice and clean . All the Staffs in there are so friendly ❤️ expecially Laxmi and Blake.
Typically are served by gentleman named Blake or norman who is always excellent. Our last visit however, there was a taller girl with headscarf standing by the pick up table who shouted my wife’s name right next to her. We did not know she was a worker as she is in normal clothing, my wife has high blood pressure and sudden shouting almost hospitalized her. We had to leave immediately and I never got my order. This lady needs lessons in customer service, and a lesson in not shouting in peoples ear….. and at least look like a worker to not confuse paying customers. Also, where is the usual weekday staffs? They are much nicer

Props to the staff working today. It was an absolute mad house in the mall. Including myself I think everyone and their mother was ordering. Keeping all the order flowing and being pleasant about it was greatly appreciated amongst all the chaos.
I was there Oct 26, 2021 at 5:26pm. Ordered caramel machiatto. I waited for more than15 minutes for just one drink and the lady (asian)barista just keep walking . She looked so stressed and doesn’t want to work. two customers were called before me but I ordered before them. The lady barista was very disorganized. I believed the team lead named Blake was very incompetent too. He doesn’t know how to handle his staff . Im very disappointed just to get one drink. This store provided a very bad customer service.
Personally love all these holiday collection. Thumbs up for all.
