These guys are usually super busy and hard working so do your best to be patient with them as they are people and deserving of such.Drive thru is usually packed and the inside varies but they've never gotten my order wrong and are always polite.
I was at this location with friends,it has an ambiance relaxing atmosphere with kind inviting staff and my experience has been very enjoyable with impressive espressos delectable pastries. There patios in the summer are absolutely terrific. Thanks! Much appreciated Suki S

Always a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly, and willing to have a conversation to try and brighten your day.The only thing that's annoying are the paper straws... They keep disintegrating in my frappes after like 5 minutes ?Biodegradable straws should be in Canada like the United States ?
While I was waiting for my drink, I looked over and I seen the Asian manager(a lady with black hair) snap her fingers/yell at her coworkers to hurry up. I just think that whatever day anyone is having should not afflict on others/coworkers.
I ordered via Uber eats. You have no options to add a note but yet still they can’t make their basic drinks right … they forgot the whip cream I added to by macchiato and they didn’t provide the straws requested0/5
I have ordered from this location multiple times, especially if you order with Uber eats they will get your order wrong. A few experiences I’ve had, I ordered a coffee with coconut milk and there was no milk in the coffee. I ordered oatmeal and they gave me expired almonds with no milk in the oatmeal when I ordered it with milk. Once asked for an iced drink got a hot one instead. The drinks aren’t filled fully sometimes in the cups. Also I went in person last week to get brown sugar oat latte & instead they gave me a mocha drink and I witnessed the staff not paying attention to the orders they are making. Worst Starbucks location and experience I’ve had. Bad customer service and they need to train their staff properly. It’s sad for the money I have paid, it’s not been worth it when every time almost my orders were wrong & this was the closest location to me, that’s the only reason why I did order from here but will no longer.
Probably one of the best starbucks branches in the GTA. The staff is super friendly and they always make the best drinks. So many times I have asked them to surprise me with drinks and they never fail. 10/10
For the past couple of visits at the drive thru I have ordered a Grande Caramel Macchiato on Jan 30 and one on Feb 1 2022 both drinks were made incorrectly with no caramel drizzle on top (sometimes it may sink but there’s usually caramel residue on the lid or rim or you can taste it in the foam) this step was missed twice. Also the drink tasted of milk and colour was too light to have had two shots of espresso added. I ordered again on Uber eats and the drink I ordered was a flat white grande with add ons so dark caramel syrup cinnamon dolce topping caramel drizzle on top and none of these were added to the drink. They just made me a regular flat white with the caramel pumps which was the only add on they got correct. Again you can usually see dolce cinnamon residue on the lid or cup or in the foam and taste it same with the drizzle. Add ons cost money through the Uber eats app and to not get it is not acceptable.
I have to say I truly enjoy every visit I make to this location. The staff are always so friendly and have always gone above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. My drinks are always made perfectly!
