The staff are mad funny great vibe unfortunately the flavor was just there . The oxtail was so bland I actually didn't eat it . The soup was nice but needed more meat less chuncks of fat .
This restaurant does not follow any instructions. My whole order was wrong I order chicken soup and I received goat soup from the previous day i wanted one large and a small and bothe where smallI wanted fried chicken and I got stew chicken. The food has no taste other than being very spicy its very bland the portion is ok but tastes is very bad not fresh at all. I would never order fr this restaurant again ??? waste of money
Without a doubt the best Jamaican restaurant in the city!! Food always good, customer service, omg they make you feel so welcomed.

I'd like to give this an honest review.. I'm not an angry customer but an upset one.. firstly I know my jerk chicken.. I know when it's fresh.. the jerk chicken that was served to me at noon was not fresh at all.. it was hard and chewy.. secondly it was wayyyyy too salty... Like come on ladies it's a fresh start of the day let's keep the food fresh as well.. however on the good side.. very nice lady customer service was ?? but aside from that please don't serve chciken when it's not fresh anymore especially at the beginning of the day.. if you want volume for your restaurant this MUST change.
The Chef is talented. It’s like his food tastes like a home cooked Jamaican meal. You will not be disappointed and prices are reasonable. Yum yum!
Went to stop in for jerk chicken and rice. There were only a few people in line and I waited for 25 min just to get served. The rice and peas were okay but really dry and the jerk chicken was decent. The rice was on the harder side than soft. Overall it helped the craving.
Like the other early morning customers I was waiting before 8 AM and they opened closer to 8:30. I walked in a few minutes after they opened and the lady ignored me while continuing to tidy up. I said hello and she said hello back and continued to ignore me. Then she asked me if I would like to place an order. I asked her what the ackee was served with and she turned around and went into the kitchen after quite some time. She came back with a small container without asking what size I wanted, and I asked her again what the ackee was served with. She brusquely asked me what I was looking for. I said I wanted boiled dumpling and banana, she said it also came with sweet potatoes which I declined. I asked her if I could get a side of callaloo and she said that would be extra. I paid and said thank you but have yet to get a response smh lol. The food was yummy!

I bought rice and cabbage with banana and sweet potatoes. I'm not sure how anyone can mess this up but, the food was trash. Very bland, just did not taste good at all! I definitely will not be going back. I'm confused on how this place has good ratings.
