Restaurant is huge and the vibes are always good. You can’t get better jerk chicken for the price as their Lunch Special Jerk comes out to like 10 bucks. Their hot sauce is also delicious, super underrated spot in scarborough.
Special mixed fried rice with chicken on top. Fantastic. Oh and the mussels are amazing. If the music is playing, it's loud but when they got the hip hop playing it's all good.
Horrible drinks and bad service. Went to Hustlers Brunch and it was a joke. Tropical desires served disgusting cocktails. The staff at Spades and the tropical desires owner are terrible. Very dirty spot. Extremely boring and overpriced "party". Won't be frequenting this spot again or any spot that hosts Tropical Desires parties.
I normally have a great time at spades but there has been a new face there. Young lady with long black weave/wig. I went there yesterday with a friend who has cancer and she was rude the whole time while serving us and normally the bartenders are amazing, customers service is great everything but NOT yesterday. I just felt so disrespected and I really do regret even going there yesterday and probably won't be going back for awhile. Her attitude has completely turned me off.
I am shocked and impressed! We had an intense late night craving for some delicious Caribbean food! We ordered Mixed Lo Mein with Chicken on Top, Pepper Shrimp and Honey Garlic Wings!! Everything was soooooo delicious!! I am still just shocked because I guess I was expecting the food to be average since its coming from a Bar/Lounge. The Lo Mein was so good - loaded w chicken, shrimp, beef - just wow. We ate everything, maybe one wing is left! Truly impressed - u got urself a regular customer!
*BE PREPARED*With 2 tables4 persons in all there is no way I should have waited 50 minute for chicken wings which was supposed to be appetizers. When inquired I was told there were lots of orders ahead of me Uber skip the dish and cateringNOT ACCEPTABLE
Very good food for the price. Nice that they have Stag and Carib beer ? definitely look forward to spending a Friday evening here
Really spade!! We are still in COVID and people are still getting sick and your restroom did not have any hand soap. Your washrooms were filthy. For a restaurant, you should ensure that your bathroom reflects just that. What are your servers using to wash their hands??? It’s disgusting. Do better.
My 1st time eating here( takeout) really good. Great value for the money. Good sized portions. Called ahead 15 mins and it was ready for me piping hot. Will be back!
Amazing place to relax and take out your stress. Good drinks and food. Best for partying with friends and family. Highly recommended
