I like their souvlaki dinner and pizza
The customer service is completely terrible. I swear they like hating on the customers for no reason. I generally think this place should just be avoided. And they are constantly raising the prices. These people have also burnt my pizza multiple times.
The food quality has gone down hill substantially. The 1/4 chicken dinner (white meat) was not a full breast, it was cut. It was dry and flavourless and was shockingly reheated (and was not freshly cooked and served from the rotisserie). The fries were undercooked. The chicken sauce was the best part but couldn't salvage the rubbery, flavourless, overcooked/reheated chicken. I used to go all the time when it was Diamond Pizza. I will never go back! Very disappointing.
Absolutely terrible and thoughtless customer service!I have ordered from "Diamond Pizza" for years with no complaint. However, my last 3 orders have been screwed up. They apologized the first two times. The third time, not so much. The order was placed at a specific time because my mom had to leave for an appointment.When the order was very late, I had to call 3 times to find out where my order was only to be spoken to in a very rude and short manner by the man that answered the phone. The delivery driver did not offer any type of apology.With so many local places struggling to stay open, I am just going to take my business elsewhere.
We really like the deluxe pizza here. Always packed with toppings and reasonably price. Done in 15 to 20 minutes so best to order over the phone first. Curtious staff.
Love this place. used to be Diamond Pizza name changed recently but food is the same Burekas are the best here. Cant find them anywhere else. Used to come here as a teenager with my girl. Was a treck from where we drive from but well worth it. Everything is great
I ordered from this place for a while , everytime more or less the exact same things. (the online pricing is hard to tell which price goes for which item) anyways I made a mistake in my ordering today and they wouldn't do anything to help me . Customer service needs serious improvement !! They lost a customer becuase I won't be ordering from them again .
Service was friendly and quick , food was ok
I will never go back there again!! I ordered a pizza an wings an guy cutting the pizza was wearing his mask under his chin! I called em out on it an he pulls it up under his nose!! My wife gos to tell the guy making are wings an hesss not wearing his mask either!! An theres a sign at the cash register that says that you must be wearing a mask at all times!!.. I got my money back an left!!.. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
The Greek food is absolutely delicious! Mmmm!Wait times for delivery can be very long though, we waited two hours in total after our online order was missed by staff and they noticed an hour later, and then it took another hour after that to get the food. I’d give 5 stars if it weren’t for that.
