To be honest usually there is a better experience associated with Royal Paan. I was coming back from a trip and called ahead to know the best time to place an order for a late night pickup. They told me to call around 1 so I did. I called them almost 10 times, no one picked up, no one called back. So I placed the order online at 1:10 am considering they told me kitchen closes at 1:30 am. When I went to pick up the order they told me that they give priority to in store clients, the place was empty so I do not understand how busy they were. If you give priority to in store clients then you should stop online ordering and the option to order ahead. Then they said they just received the order. How come that is my fault or issue? Are you not supposed to check your own website’s orders? They should at least be considerate that not every place is open this late and they just ruined dinner. Please inform beforehand that you cannot fulfill orders so one has a chance to search for other options. The excuse they gave me was that they were out of stock of all the items I ordered, then suddenly they could make the order but it would take 30 minutes at least. Why should I wait more for an order I placed 30 minutes in advance? The attitude of the people there was really like they were fed up with work and just wanted to leave. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never recommend.
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, staff is really so friendly and adorable . They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, we order bunch of food and drinks, after every bite it makes us eat more and more we will visit soon to meet lovely staff again! ❤️
I recommend this place to my friends because we used to get tasty and good quality snacks and main courses here. I don’t know what has happened recently, however, the quality of food that we got yesterday was very bad and tasteless. Unfortunately, yesterday I took some of my friends here and we all have explosive diarrhea now ?. Avoid at all cost.
Mask mandate does not exist in this store. People are walking in with no masks and management are okay with it. The management couldn't care less about their customers safety.Please be careful when you visit this store. Their prices are high and with that we expect better quality of service.
This restaurant not deserve even one star. Today I go there and order spicy aloo chart and that was so tasteless and it’s a totally wastage of money and same for the dahi balah that’s was not tasty and the waiting time for that was even too long. It’s totally waste of money and time for me visiting this place today.
Today I had the worst chaat in my life. I ordered two chaat and it was taste disgusting which cost $18. They used to much garlic paste which taste completely raw. Quantity was very poor, ingredients is just potatoes and onion. They put on loud music and customer service was very bad. People should not go their to wasye their money.
One gujarati guy were so nice, he even made custom paan just as I like.
Royal Paan is an amazing place. Its very friendly as per my experience. I tried its food and it has turned out to be just what I was searching for after coming to NA. The food tastes just like hometown food from Mumbai. If you're missing your hometown food, this is honestly a great place to visit. I loved its Kathi Roll its one of my favorites at Royal Paan.
Just best one.. Must try kesar badam faluda here.... ??
Visited today the taste was great and the staff was also very cooperative. Amazing customer service.I would recommend others to visit this place
