Our server (Mariel)was excellent. Food was delicious, dining area was clean and the entire team was friendly. My fiancé and I’ first date after pandemic! Highly recommend this restaurant and the team in this location! Excellent food!!
Great service and food shrimp was very tasty our server was attentive but not overbearing I was with a good friend and we chatted away and he never tried to get us to leave
My first time at Red Lobster! The place was clean and looks like a great place to take out your family for a night out. Our server was very friendly and was there to help us out instantly the moment we needed something. I also thought it was neat that you can order through the tablet on the screen and pay there, makes things a lot more comfortable then having a server peer over your shoulder while you pay. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because the steak wasn’t the best. If you’re coming here, come for the lobster. Go to a steakhouse for your steaks. But yeah, great service!
I've been to this locations quite a few times in the past. The server was great, she was very attentive and provided great service.We were a group of 4 and we ordered different dishes. I ordered the lobster fest which was delicious! The Rock lobster, maritime lobster, pasta, and lobster mash (extra $) on the side were very filling. I ended up taking some food home. I also ordered a virgin Bahama Mama which was delicious. The buns were on point as well, warm, crispy outside soft inside.Overall, our party enjoyed the meals. Will be going back to try more.
Order takeout for Mother's Day and everything taste great. Portion is reasonable, food is fresh, packaging is good. No complaints.One star deducted - originally requested for curbside pick up. When I got there both assigned spots were taken and theres no space whatsoever near the front door. I had to park to the far end of parking lot, walk all the way back and pick up inside the restaurant. It was crowded and there's line up, so not quite a pleasant experience.
I have never had a disappointment eating here. This has been my son's favourite place for over 20 years, he is a strong lover of the ultimate feast ?
It was good experienced with red lobster.I don't know why I have been waiting for a long time today. My kids got started starving, and thirsty, after one and half hours waiting, I asked for some of the water for my kids. Then , Peter asked how many people and reserved names. I honestly cannot believe how much the food quality and service has gone DOWN. Our food was cold and tasteless.The pasta had no cheese, no seasoning, nothing. The mashed potatoes were very cold. I mean look at this picture and you tell me. I have old pictures of my food from this location and you can just see the difference. My boyfriend got a steak and it looked/tasted like a hamburger patty.Our Margaritas had a TEASPOON of salt sitting at the bottom, why was our Margarita salty?!Overall, very disappointed with this location.
Took my daughter in this location for lunch on her birthday. I’m glad she liked it. She says I have a good choice. The shrimp and salmon dinner is a bit spicy. I’m sure those who like spicy food will love it. My daughter had shrimp Alfredo. She liked it. The tea biscuits are so delicious. It’s our favourite. Nachos so good too. Service is good. Very good restaurant. I recommend it.
Yes the food is good sometimes, when it finally arrives. My husband and I usually wait anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes after appetizers are devoured. The wait is just to much. Tonight I got the admirals feast and everything was dry/overdone. My husband ordered a medium rare 7 oz steak and recieved this which was barely edible.
