EXPECT TO WAIT LONG JUST TO ORDERCame in around 7 pm on a monday . They prioritize Uber eats or any other delivery platform . There’s at least 2 people working at the time. It literally takes 10 seconds to take my order yet I had to wait 20 minutes just to order . My advice to management is to teach employees to ALWAYS try taking customer’s orders first as it is more convenient and faster, because then they’ll just be focusing on making the drinks.

Purchased three medium taro milk slushes and the employee kept adding ice to the blender which resulted in three flavourless drinks with chunks of ice. The lid of the blender fell on the floor and she put it back on and proceeded to blend.

They work very hard here. They usual have a bunch of online order to fill on top of walk in orders. The teas taste great and staff is nice.
