Smooth app pickup experience.Bad drink experience... mango diamond slush with strawberry Boba barely had mango chunks. Usually go to Chartwell location and the drink is filled with mango chunks.

Bad Service!!! Ordered online and they did the order wrong, paid for Tapioca and jellies for 2 large drinks. Got the 2 drinks with no Tapioca... 10mins drive away. Called customer service, lady on phone is in a hurry and dont want to talk... thanks for the 50cents x 2 that I paid... and received bad service both phone and in person.
