Been to other locations of Quesada as well but only thia location tries to save money by giving less portions of everything even when I tried to say why you are giving the employee replied thats what you get and when I said other locations give more why you are the only location who does that she spoke in regional language to other employee that there owner has told to give that much portion only which she she didn't know I knew that language.I do not recommend this particular location otherwise the Quesada restaurants are really good except this one.
This was similar to subway. Only difference is subway serve all the veggies and meat on sandwich. In this place they serve it on bowl or a wrap. I ordered chicken burrito. The taste was mouth watering and I would love to go this Mexican restaurant again.
I not much of a taco person until I went to Quesada Burritos & Tacos (Warden and Eglington). Wow what can say but excellent customer service to start (Maneet and Charles) that were very patient with me and gave me a large selection to choose from. Maneet never stop until I was satisfied with my order and the food wow. The plan was to bring the tacos home but it never made it out of the parking lot lol and to add to that my daughter is very picky but for her first time trying a quesadilla I hope I spelled it right, she loved it and I even snuck a piece even though I don’t eat meat but I couldn’t resist lol. Great people at Quesada Burritos & Tacos, also thank you for my first experience….
I went there after 6 and I had a girl serving me that completely portioned everything almost unbearably. She put 3 diced tomatoes, 2 jalapeños dices, 3 kernels of corn, everything else she put on it was the same ridiculous portioning. And the dices are super small! I ordered a veggie burrito so the only thing I expect is veggies and she did not want to put any. Asking for more barely helped. I love going there but she always ruins it when she makes it so I won’t be coming back for now.
The customer service here is great, food is awesome and the ambience is amazing too. I would definitely come back here. I visited on Saturday evening and even though the restaurant was busy - a young guy and lady serving us were very efficient. I think their name were Maneet and Charles. They deserve recognition for the hard work! They followed all covid protocols and cleaned their hands before serving. I’m a vegetarian and I noticed they took a different cutting board for cutting my quesadilla which is great.
I have been a loyal customer of quesada since years and I’ve been to this location twice but this was my last time the lady who was serving was so rude i had ordered beyond meat quesadilla and veggie nachos and she barely put any protein personally i know what is the proper portion of the meat but still she was being clingy and same on my veggie nachos she put just 5 to 6 bell peppers that’s it which is very disappointing this location is the nearest to my home that’s why i go there but not anymore it is ridiculous that they are trying to cost cutting in wrong items and just ripping off the customers we are paying full price so we deserve proper portion not more or less
Great experience! The young lady who served us was so friendly, patient and informative as to what was gluten free for one our group. The tacos were delicious and all the toppings were very fresh. We really liked that we could get different items in each if our 3 tacos. I will definitely return
Best tex-mex place. Employees are gems. Replaced my order of bean with pork, realised they made it wrong changed it in like 2 minutes. Hope the employers appreciates them.
I have no idea how people eat here. You call these tacos? LOL. Not authentic even in the slightest. Filled with some weird stuff… no sauce (they put so little it’s unreal) So so so dry. The beans are straight up plain from a can not even spiced up or anything. The taco fell apart. So sloppy. So soggy. Absolutely no flavour. I will never come here again. Got a refund from Uber because I actually couldn’t eat them.
