Shahi Paneer gravy pizza was better then expected but the Vegetarian Pizza was below expectations. Would definitely order pizzas from this location but would suggest to increase taste of Vegetarian pizza though it was loaded with toppings.
Very very very unprofessional they think if any Same community person complaint he says lies but they not know in this country all works on words & if some one complain about quality they says we have 5star rating we not bothered.You can’t contact direct to store customer care says something when u visit store they says something very very depressing.This complaint for popular pizza Sheppard location.
Literally worst Day in my life. Ordered a Large Pizza & it was tasteless so called the restaurant and they said we cannot do anything you have to go instore for this problem and I went all the way from Ajax to Sacrborough at 10:00 pm in the night. And what they said to me at store that we are not responsible for the taste if there is something wrong with order then only we can do something. Such a disappointment. I have ordered several times and it is very nice but today they were too much disrespectful. Very bad customer service.Then I called the customer service again and they hung up one me literally.That’s why it is said that desi will be desi.
Order through uber eats just few minutes ago and Found hair in my pizza. Upon calling the restaurant the lady who answered said “go claim refund from uber and complain to head office”. She was keep repeating the same thing.

all over everything is good taste good service good price good but the only thing is the employee I think it was the cook who working over there for making pizza he didn't wear the the store related uniform and and he didn't wear gloves at all I didn't see him hand washing while he making any pizza per order I mean I don't mind though if it is not the covid-19 coming up over us but in this situation I really recommend the manager of store supervisor should be or to tell them their employer a gloves properly while they dealing with our food thank you
Amazing shop. Some of the best pizza in the city. Was so happy to be back inside the restaurant again! All of the options I've tried are just fantastic, with a perfectly charred thin crust. Every topping makes each pizza feel like a gourmet experience. Thank you Popular Pizza for an excellent dinner this evening. You can count on me as a customer that will be returning.?
Low key unknown pizza spots like this one are the best ones. this pizza is POPPIN, flavour has a lot hints of indian spices to it. so instead of just eating typical pizza available at the more well known spots (pizza pizza, pizza hut), you get something a different kick. A taste i appreciate. .....and the prices.....unbeatable
I ordered from this place 1000s time but mostly the pizza base was not good specially on weekends. Their toppings were relly tasty and delicious but the pizza base was not that much soft and fluffy. I guess they should do improvements in the pizza base gor better pizza. Another thing is shop atmosphere, their kitchen environment is not tidy and clean every day they earn thousand of bucks but they don't maintain their store as compared to the others(this is for the store owner). Apart from this, staff is nice and friendly.
Tandoori Chicken Pizza is the one to get and they are consistent with other locations. Good Job.
