The chicken was not fresh and they are stingy with the fries. They sell 6 pieces of chicken with one single serving of fries. To think how expensive the price of food has gone up, you should get what you pay for.
what kind of food franchise is this which closes before its closing time. Either its better Popeyes should shut down this store if they couldnot serve the public according to serving time or else fire the whole staff which doesnot work with work ethics.If its possible for 0 star rating, i would definitely give 0 star.
Its 1:47 and in pic they mentioned that its open till 2 am. No problem if you guys wanna close early but atleast you guys should mention it. We drove 3 km from home and found this franchise closed.
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich. It was 95% deep fried salty batter and 5% chicken. Not sure if all Popeyes serve same way or it was only at this particular outlet.

Must work to make sure all food comes out HOT when ordering take out. I still have to drive home and then I finally get to eat. I's rather it be at least warm and not cold! I only like a 5min drive away.... Should be warm!!
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!!! Food was fresh.

I came in around 7:45PM and ordered 3 specials. There was 2 people before me so I waited for my order. It should have been pretty quick since they have loads of chicken on the rack. They called an order and gave it the first guy, he took it and left the store. I kept waiting for another 5 mins, not a big deal. The guy that took the first order came back and told the cashier that they have given him the wrong order. So the put it down and looked for his order. They lady said it wasnt ready yet and told him to keep waiting, she advised another lady this order wasnt his and didnt know who it was for. They checked it again and it was my order. They said here you go... so I told them this guy took this order and left the store and you are trying to give it to me? The lady kissed her teeth and threw the order aside. Prepared a new box and put the chicken in and gave it to me. Before leaving the store, I saw the lady throw that exact same chicken the other guy brought back on to the rack.I advise not coming to this location if you want someone else chicken or possible covid.
Went there las evening after a long day, ordered waited, saw 3 orders before mine was up, once home, my order came with a Large fries, NO FRIES was to be found , called the store, Person on the other end, very rude and abrupt... said I could come back for the fries. weather was bad and after a long day I wasn't about to go back out. This is not the first time this has happened to me there, first time I thought it was a mistake, this was the 3rd time last night... They need to hire a staff to check orders or be more diligent in checking orders, plus the gravy was like Jell-O . time for this store to look at its food service practices and customer service. Won't be going back, even for the fries you OWE me.
