Out of all the locations close by, this is the worst one in the area.Extremely slow service. The male in the black shirt avoided taking my order when I arrived and the restaurant was empty.The chicken sandwich was ok, but the side was a small portions and overly greasy. Ended up feeding the sides to the gulls at the nearby park.You're better off going to another location if you're looking to get Popeyes.
Beware.... this location gives small portion sizes and are stingy and greedy workers. I went to get a Regular size fries and the portion size was so fukcing small and tiny. The box was nearly empty. Those fries boxes need to be FILLED especially for the price I'm paying. I'm so mad considering that popeyes is a multimillion dollar industry, their workers have no right to be cheating customers like that! PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO somewhere else.
I visited on Thursday, June 2, 2022. I placed my order via the mobile app. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My sandwiches were made and under the heater for over 20 minutes while they served other customers. I asked what we're waiting on and they told me I had to wait 5 minutes for chicken. More than 5 minutes passed, still waiting. Finally I see them packing my order and then they realize that they don't have enough biscuits and put a batch in to bake. At this point I have been waiting close to 40 minutes and I was so annoyed. I told them to forget the biscuits and to just give me something to repace it with. They did give me an order of fries to replace it. One of the staff was so rude and not apologetic at all. You don't speak to anyone like that, especially your customers. This is our neighborhood plaza and I will never support this location again.
First time trying this location which is the closest to my home. After opening I read a lot of poor review regarding portion size and people getting sick. I ordered a three piece and the portions were fine but I thought the chicken had a bit of a off taste but thought nothing of it. A little while after eating I got sick. The previous reviews were completely spot on. This location seems to need a health inspection or need a new chicken supplier. There is something wrong in the process if this many people have reported getting sick after eating.
The quality of this Popeyes has gone down significantly over the past few months. I always get a Delta Mini as it is such a nice and small snack, but they have gone down in their chicken proportion quite a lot. Half of their delta mini sandwich is always empty, it just feels like eating an empty bun. Please improve this, as other Popeyes locations always use proper tenders that fill the whole bun. I will not be coming back to this location again
Ordered online for 2 x 2 piece combos at 12:35. When I arrived the staff told me that they do not take orders past 12:30 so they substituted one of my 2 piece combos for some freshly made popcorn chicken. That's ok, things happen. I thanked them and left. When I got home this is the amount of popcorn chicken I got for a full $11 combo. Freshly made? Get out of here. Terrible experience. Love the brand but get your chicken goodness elsewhere if you like your money.
Avoid this location, pieces are small, and the drinks, both coke and ice tea, taste like sugary water and all other locations I have been to are not like this. Also, it is consistently like this after being several times, if you're the Manager and reading this, please address this if you want to succeed.
Thus is my first time visiting this Popeyes' location and during Covid restrictions so can't evaluate this fairly. So this review is only based on this one visit. The individual that took my order did inform me that I would not be able to dine in as they needed to close by a certain time and perform cleaning procedures and also informed me my order would be between 10-15 minutes and if I still want to order. I did and didn't mind the wait. The food was of good temperature and quality was also good. In addition I appreciated the individual informing me how long my order would take. Will need to come back and dine in to give this location a better evaluation
First and foremost, I'd like to point out that we ordered a combination of dark and white meat, but I have yet to receive a single piece of white meat. Second, our mashed potatoes had a tiny amount of gravy (all dry), our fries were soggy, and our biscuits were burnt. I've never had a Popeyes be so cheap and unprofessional as to give me such an order that felt like we were given leftovers. Very dissatisfied because nothing lived up to expectations.Amsha (supposed manager) did not handle the order with care and has the audacity to serve me such food. I also did not receive any utensils, such as hot sauce or ketchup, and when I called, she said I should have mentioned it, despite the fact that in my experience, almost every Popeyes franchise includes the sauce. Aside from that, how come they didn't give me a single piece of white meat?I honestly did not want to drive and pick up an order, so I decided to go with door dash instead after putting in long hours and hard earned money to treat my family to a nice calm Popeye's meal, and this is what I got in return...worst meal ever, and I will definitely not order from this location again.
This is the worst experience I've ever had. I'm not sure the chicken sandwich i just got, how long it was placed in the kitchen. Food gets hard whether it's chicken or bread（I ate it almost as soon as I got it） when I ordered it, my food was ready in less than a minute and I felt really weird and now I know why, and why does someone microwave it right after I ordered i. You worth one start. Plz don't provide so bad food to other custome.
