Very Disappointed the manager HANG UP ON ME on Wednesday around 6 pm .because I did an online order from popeyes website on canada day for pick up from their location at bridlewood mall. I received a confirmation email with the time that my order will be ready.When I go there I found that they are closed . The problem is that they charged my card and I thought that it's gonna be pending. But not they charged me and they didn't want to refund me until next month (until i forgot )
There are problems with orders. Manager Suleiman does not have enough experience with working with customers
I went there yesterday for their special Mini chicken sandwich the lady who took my order was kind and friendly the manager was so lovely she came and appolaized for the wait said we are getting the chicken cripcy. The gentleman there older fellow is rude I only go when I see the lady manager.
I've had pervious experiences with other Popeyes establishments and was very disappointed. This is the only one so far that I've been pleasantly surprised with their food and service. There chicken nuggets are always hot and is full of chicken without the excess batter.
So I wanted to buy some food and I got 2 bills that were counterfeit or scratched on. They also had scribbles on them and some brown short lady gave this to me. You will be sued and I promise you.
This is a review of their chicken and fries. The staff seem nice and do things quickly but the food quality is poor (I eat Popeye's all the time but this was my first time getting food from the Bridlewood Mall location)Food was hot but the chicken was not seasoned properly (very bland). Chicken just tasted like salt but when I eat at other Popeye's locations, I can taste the seasoning and spices (that's why I eat Popeye's instead of KFC - Popeye's has more flavour). The fries were also poorly seasoned with very little cajun spices.Very disappointing meal. I always look forward to having Popeye's and I very much regret buying food from this particular location.
Just ordered 16 pcs of chicken a moment ago. Their chicken is not fresh and will definitely not order again. It tastes unusual :-( my whole family were disappointed.
Such a bad Coustmer service.My mom went to get some crispy wings, and she kept telling the guy to make sure that her meal is not SPICY, because she suffers from Hemorrhoid, and this gentleman instead of caring to his client order, they gave her spicy meal, so she spent all the night struggling with the symptoms, shame on you and your management, if you don’t like your job or you are not taking your work seriously, quiet and don’t mess up people orders.
The store staff and manager are polite. Food is good. I was impressed by the store manager as he has good customer service skills. I once ordered some chicken legs and asked for some sauce thinking it was free. But the cashier told me I had to pay for it. However, the manager said just gave for free and he also gave me some coupons, which was very nice
