Order this on Saturday for a takeout in store 5 wing special and noticed which was included a chicken wing tip as 1 of the 5 pieces. In addition, it seemed that the oil had been used for some time. Occasionally, the quality of food is not as good recently and please provide the receipt. Will go to a different location.
I called them today and appreciated their work and the decided to give me a free meal. I love you guys, ur the best, keep up the good work
This is normally my go to Popeyes place but recently they don’t take discount codes any longer so you have to order by mobile. after I was instructed to put in my order, they forgot and I waited for 25 minutes before they noticed that the six people that ordered after me had all left. Then they told me that the food was all ready when the order was put in. It was sitting on the back counter there for 25 minutes and not once did they call out the number or ask. Food is good but I will not be coming back again anytime soon.Make sure you keep asking about your order if you come here because they might forget about you.
Chicken had a funny taste and is bad/stale/gone bad. Gave us return on 3 pieces (out of 6 pieces) because three people ate a piece each and we all said it tasted funny.The quality control of the chicken is terrible. Not fresh. Second time this has happened to us at this location.
Extremely poor managed location. Staff are rude, mix up orders and more importantly, an apple pie fell on the floor and one the staff member took it and put it back on the warmer, clearly did not dispose and for sure use it for a customer order. Very cheap behavior and a huge health hazard. As well the staff members were not in appropriate hygiene working in a restaurant environment. Their fountain machine is out of ice for a very long time and the pop was flat. I used this location in the past then I decided not to use it ever again however I assumed the the management is hopefully changed or improve but it's still the same.I am surprised that their parent company is allowing a great chain to be ignored.
do not order through uber eats. I waited 50 minutes and had to contact uber eats twice because my meal (tenders and fries) wasn't ready. There was a cycle of uber eats delivery people that didn't want to pick this order up because it wasn't ready. I think it was an anomaly cause I've been here in person before and this place usually is much better than the other local popeyes.
Messed up my order and had the audacity to tell me I was wrong and that I was trying to scam them. The boss there is just something else, cannot believe the way they treat customers.
I feel like they give less in the sides now. The fries and mashed potatoes in particular. Still ok but a bit disappointed.
Ordered 5pc spicy, got mild, spicy chicken sandwich was bland as hell. Did not give the mash and gravy that was ordered and the coleslaw was gone bad.I called the store, and staff said no way and then attempted to tell me how the chicken should taste. Now I have to take pictures and take the food back so they can check if I speak truth. Utterly disappointed
I got chicken wings special in Saturday morning, I thrown them out because they were fresh at all, customer service was good and that is why I don’t want to go back to tell them.
