Arrived here at 3:30 AM, was not allowed to dine in according to employees because they had already cleaned the dining area. No signage anywhere in store saying no dine in allowed after certain time. Completely unprofessional store sign clearly says 10:00-5:00AM.
Don't order the onion rings for your side. You only get 5 rings in total. The fish, and deluxe chicken sandwiches were salty as well.
Non spicy chicken sandwich was my order. Excellent quality chicken, not gummy, or with any strings of gristle. Breading was quite nice, crunch was quite audible. Sauces used (I believe a mayo of some kind?) Were on point, they toned down the saltiness of the batter perfectly, it was a great balance.
Worst poutine I ever had from a Popeyes. There was no gravy.
Food is very tasty, no doubt; however, the chicken pieces were smaller than usual. Hope this isn't going to be the norm. I had called my order in earlier and was told it would be 15-20 minutes, got there a little later and thought my order would be waiting...nope...had to wait just as long as if I ordered there. The cashier ran up my order and it came up to more than what I was told over the phone. I mentioned it to her and she repeated my order and said that's what I ordered. Turned out she charged me regular price for the two orders of the day's special, which was part of my order. Luckily, I checked my bill and got a refund immediately. They're pretty slow there.
Always a great experience whenever I choose to come to this Popeyes location.The staff is pleasant, washrooms are clean, and food is prepared well. Seating area is a bit congested as well as parking outside, however there is more parking available in the lot behind it. One of my go to locations for grabbing Popeyes.
Few weeks ago, got the chicken tenders. I love how they're juicy but they were a bit too salty, even for my parents. Please reduce how salty it is if its still a bit too salty (u can check it out i guess). Poor customer service and they didn't have enough regular chicken to fill my oder waste of time if your on the go if heading east check out the Coburg location very good customer service
I used to love this popeyes, but some staff are only there for the hours, order my sandwich, it was given to me cold, crushed and nothing as I would usually get here, to the Manager, your staff need training, even if the customer is nice , which I was, a staff member, won't say male or female, make me feel like I am a piece of dirt, you don't treat customer like we are the soil you walk on. We don't need to be there. This used to be one of the best Popeyes I know, but apparently some staff rather look at customers as a nuisance. Customers aren't always right, but we don't need you, you need us, the customer. Thnaks
I ordered food through uber eats today and the food was of very low quality. The chicken was undercooked and fries were soggy. I tried contacting the store right away almost 15 times and they dint even pick the call.Poor customer service and low quality food. I won’t be trying from here from now on.
