Not spicy enough and customers are waiting I was driving one day and there were customers waiting telling me to come inside waving at me to resolve their situation of slow customer service maybe they get too many orders and staff is not efficient !! I have seen better Popeyes locations with better customer service. I don’t blame the young students staff but everyone loves Popeyes Chicken and want it in time less than 15 minutes otherwise it is not Fast Food you know…i waited for 15 to 20 min and so did everyone else. Average time people wait for food in a drive-thru is 6 minutes 22 seconds. Thank you.
I ordered popcorn shrimp not the combo. It was almost $8. I got 7 shrimps and 3 pieces of the tail. It was not cooked well and tasted raw. Total rip-off
I ordered a 2 piece chicken and asked if it comes with fires and a biscuit. They told me yes. I also ordered a side of coleslaw and a fish sandwich. When I arrived home the 2 piece of chicken was just the 2 pieces of chicken, no fries and no biscuit but yet I was charged for the full meal.
Worst ever! I have ordered on uber eats multiple times from this location and their employees never learn from mistakes. Recently, I got my order missing two items, replaced my drink with another, food was small portion and almost raw. I wrote a note saying I'm pregnant and food must be well cooked, but instead i got my food dry and cold. Shrimp wasn't cooked properly. I honestly don't recommend this place.
Food was quick but it was all pre cooked and just warmed other than the fries those were fresh. The chicken in the burger etc was like kinda cold, I would rather wait a few minutes and have you fry up and ready the food with care, it was later in the evening but not sure why they would do that just ready the food when it's ordered so it's warm and pleasant to eat like other locations, otherwise cutlery was included and the rep displayed good service skills by asking if we needed any sauce or anything else, I'm giving only a three star which is due to the girl with the glasses working the counter, may visit again if they make some changes but otherwise it wasn't terrible just could have been better.
The shrimp is not even cleaned... What is this? Popcorn Shrimp or Popcorn-PoopThank God I checked, pictures attached. Ask yourself before ordering this, do you really want to eat shrimp poop?
Terrible! This is 3rd time getting tender Chicken from here and every time is so salty. Couldn’t even eat all and had to through. Quality is so poor.
My whole family had stomachache after eating sandwich from here. I noticed the girl who made the sandwich was wearing gloves , and touched everywhere including the cash register and a pen with the same gloves before making food for the second customer. I will never eat there again
Was going to order but apparently we are not allowed to choose our own drinks, and they removed the option to choose iced tea from their combos. (Was initially going to get a combo)So with all their wisdom another popeyes will get the order instead
This is 15th time , employees are giving tenders like they are bringing from their home.If i order 3 piece of tenders they give me 1 and half and charge me for 3 tenders.Have been to so many popeyes in North America, this one specific location has figured out the cheapest way to save money.
