Ordered 2 pizzas, got the wrong pizzas made, left with the pizzas because it was not worth the time to wait for the pizzas I ordered. Given wrong change, receipt doesn’t match the order I gave to the cashier. Was offered to wait for them to remake the 2 pizzas, and a free dipping sauce, but I don’t appreciate that level of service.Check your receipt after ordering, they might steal your change ( and so your order is right).
I came here on last sunday from all the way of east york ( drove 45 km in 2 ways ) for medium pizza fido deal. When I reached there lady told me that it’s not working nowCome on , fido coupons worked to me everywhere before, I never had any issue, and if it doesn’t work then remove your promotion from fidoLady was trying to convinced me to buy same deal pizza by paying $6 more, that doesn’t make any sense at all. I think this is kinda their strategy to allure people by giving deal and once they come then convince them for same deal by paying some little extra $$$$I will never come to this store again for sure
My pizza was not freshly made. Tasted like it was stale and was just microwaved.
My experience for the most part has generally been good as I have been ordering for many years. If you have concerns, you should talk to the Manager in-person as opposed to calling them up with your complaint.
Tapscott location is the worst. The food is never like other locations, not sure why this location is so crappie. If you can get to Kingston rd morningside go there. I Love pizza hut but if Tapscott location represented all pizza huts I'd never eat it again.
On January 17th there was a severe weather storm with snowfalls accumulating over 40cms of snow and they provided exceptional fast service, fresh food and great customer service. While the pizza hut staff were most likely under pressure, due to the amount of businesses and other food stores closures around the area , they had provided fresh food within 20 minutes of ordering online with quick service to picking up the food aswell ! Great job .
Makes pizzas on time and doesn't get anything wrong in your online orders.
Crust is so soft, melts in your mouth but, kinda oily and lowkey overpriced.

Definitely disappointed seeing how the owner was there. I was greeted and helped right away but the fact that the owner sits in the front and just walks away or looks away without greeting the guests is a little sad. I get that you paying people to be prompt but this is a poor reflection on you buddy.The pizza of the day was over done and Definitely light on the toppings at this locations. A poor representation of pizza hut. Where's the rest if the cheese? On another order?I feel bad for the employees having to skim on the topping cause the owner would press them for it.Don't buy from here.
