I have been frequenting this Pizzahut for years. Not only are the deals unbeaten by any other chain/location, but the quality of food is always top-notch. You are never disappointed. They are quick, reliable, and every single staff member is professional and extremely friendly. They really care about the customer experience. Highly recommend!
This location has great specials and the staff are very friendly. Compared to other larger fast pizza chains, I would say this Pizza Hut is very good, definitely my choice out of all the choices at this price point. Pizza are made fresh and they do not stinge on the toppings! Overall fast from order to finished, I would recommend this Pizza Hut if you are in the area.
This Pizza Hut serves the yummiest pan pizzas. I often have pizza parties exclusively with their amazing pizza. Delivery drivers are also super fast and friendly which is ideal because it isn't good to keep a hungry shark waiting! ?? Look forward to my next order ??
Never had any problems with this Pizza hut location. They’re always on time, customer service is very good. They’re not cheap on the toppings. I always pick this location as they’re the most consistent.
Used to go out of my way to come to this location as the quality was superior, but theyve got new people working there and it’s gone real down hill. See attached photo of my “extra cheese” pizza… I will not return to this location again. ?????? barely any toppings, the guy took 5 minutes to get my order, handed me this, and then stopped me on my way out to ask me to leave a good review ??♂️??♂️the one on birchmount is much better overall.
Today I saw their manager, who had a major shortcoming, the Uber driver asked for a delay him order, the manager became very angry and told the driver that the goat from my restaurant. The driver can not speak English well, and without saying a word and leaving, it was an inhumane act by the restaurant manager.
Fantastic place clean and tidy. Lady on customer service desk is humble, kind and polite. Waits for the oder no rush, however I visited in non busy hrs but over all experience was good. Changed once my order and she helped right away. Pizza hut is great I love the taste and smells good. I orders veggie lovers and it was all fresh and proper standard quantity
I get my pizza order from this location all the time only reason is its around the corner from my place. Customer service sucks. There have been many times when I show up to get my order and its not ready or even packed up. There have been times there I had to call the store to change the time of the order or change the order and no one picks up the phone. Or they will hang up on me all together. When I order m free pizza half of the time i never get it because the order was never made.

Not worth ordering there, save your money and time!Pizza hut never disappoint me with their services but the location I've mentioned above is frugal and unprofessional. You clearly see orders coming in with extra toppings. From the sauce to any add on it looks like they picked it off.....I ordered 2 small 9" pizzas with extra cheese toppings one of them was ordered to have extra pepperoni.They skimmped out on the extra toppings..... in total I paid 54.00.....Please don't waste your money there.If so please go to the one on ellesmere at parkway mall. Usually I order from that location but unfortunately they do not have it on Uber so I tried this place out instead but turns out the location is disappointing.
