Amazing chef! The quality of food and the knowledge he share is way beyond the price you pay. Though at first his a bit intimidating but if you get to know him, he is hilarious! Highly recommended
Russell and his team are top notch. If you have an event this is who you want, small or large. Lots of personalization for our menu. Lots of help to find related services. Great cleaning and sanitization practices. Got us great DJ and wonderful Cake for us. Will keep Russell on my favourites contacts.
I would never support any services from the Penthouse Catering. There are other cooking classes you can find for this price that provide a better experience. It was hard to book this class and get a hold of Chef Russell. I tried to book this class and called, and the chef was very rude, even hung up on me at one point. He was very unprofessional. This is also evident in the way he replies to feedback on reviews as well. I would not support this service ever. I decided to cancel, and it was extremely difficult to reach Groupon's customer service. I decided to message Groupon on Twitter to inform them about this negative experience. Groupon gave me full refund for it. Also, please learn the difference between "their" and "there".

I admire this spot! They have marvelous food, they have a nice menu, The chief cook in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I love very much eating all their food. The dishes are always good, the attitude towards the clients is agreeable. I often eat in this place and I was never discontended. Highly recommended.

Went to the Culinary Knife Skills Class and had an amazing time! Chef Russell is easy to connect with and talk to and easy to listen to. He makes everyone feel comfortable and guides you through the process with ease! 10/10!

After reading many reviews i 've to say that my experience was amazing and i received probably more that what i paid for, i assisted to a sushi making class and i learn more than just making sushi, i think that all is about the attitude and desire that you bring to the class. I highly recommend to any one, myself will be taking more classes from chef Russell.
Do not recommend booking with penthouse catering. The chef was incredibly rude and was not very accommodating. I was personally attacked when I requested a refund (even a day after the issue was resolved). See photos attached.Even if I was on the wrong side of this argument personally attacking someone and beating a dead horse is the exact opposite of what customer service is.If you're reading this, I really hope you learn how to deal with customers in a friendly matter.Judging by the amount of similar reviews who are saying the same thing, it's kind of astonishing how the chef still thinks nothing is wrong with the way he deals with customers.
