My problem with osmows is it can be a hit or miss but this location seems to be consistent most of the time.
UPDATE: Head Office reached out to me and got me in touch with the franchisee/owner of this Osmow's. They apologized and offered me a replacement meal. Although I haven't decided if I will return, this kind gesture warrants an update to my google rating. Well done, Osmow's.Mar. 1, 2022: The lamb here is disgusting. The meat is pulverized into a ground paste and it looks UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and offered me a gift card to make up for the below bad experience. This act of good will has encouraged me to return and give this location a second chance. Well done, Red Lobster. and tastes awful. Stick with the chicken. Stay away from the lamb at all costs.
I visit at this location today food was very yummy and fresh. Staff is very friendly. Got my order on time. I recommend this location to my friends and family. Love your food guys, keep it up the great work.
This is one of the busiest and best Osmows locations I have grabbed food from (and I have been to many both in the GTA and outside of the GTA). Their location is smaller but I would take that with a proper portion size any day. I noticed other locations try to give you less meat than the standard but this location does not skimp out, I feel thoroughly full after eating their shawarma or on the rocks.
food is decent but ordering here is just not worth the time or the effort. you have to call in so many times with so many times gaps for them to actually pick up the phone, and when they finally do they end up putting you on hold till they forget about you and you have to call back. I'd go in person and order but I don't want to have to end up waiting 20 minutes in my car.
Two minute food but have to wait 15-20 mins to get food ready.. always busy. Should hire more staff to cater to need

I ordered for our family dinner via ubereats. Mine was rice with chicken and beef combination while my daughter had philly wrap. Both were really good!!! Except for my husband’s order, it was beyond meat wrap which I upgraded to large. He didn’t even eat half of it. So, I tried just to know… —meat was really hard and cold. If it’s just cold we can warm it up in the microwave but real issue here was the meat— really hard and rough!
Made an order online, was given an estimation of around 20 minutes to wait, after payment was taken the email and message are for a time than is over an hour away. Get there at the halfway mark to make sure it will be ready as their site said and was told it will be a 20 minute wait from then. Tons of rice and about half the amount of chicken as other Osmows locations. It used to be a good go to but not so much anymore ..
Food was perfect temperature, didn't have to wait long.Would appreciate if they would label the wraps seeing they contained different ingredients, so I wouldn't have to open the wraps to tell the difference.Overall loved it.
