Lack of taste, not fresh at all. Far off from authenticity. Wanted to go to shawarma empire next door but they were packed. So thought I would give this place a shot. One things for sure, people that gave them 5 stars never actually had an authentic shawarma.I highly suggest you to stop being in denial, grow up and focus on your food. Yes I won't be back. That's for sure.
Absolutely delicious. Gracious and humble hosts. Overall great experience. Guys gave me free spicy peppers without hesitation and when I offered a tip they said no need. Well deserved though. Shawarmas were the best I’ve had in 20 years.
The place is clean.but shawarma is 4/10 not worth payin 8.50$.
My recent experience at the Nasib’s shawarma was awesome. I give 5 stars in quality, quantity, taste, price and service. The new management is very friendly. One thing you notice right away is the overall cleanliness as you enter the store. A must go place with a family.
The hidden gem of Toronto shawarma.It's insanely easy to miss, given its close proximity to Empire and Ghadir, but this is a can't miss spot. The place itself is unassuming. The wraps themselves look unassuming. And then you take a bite out of it, and all of your prior thoughts are thrown out the window.The meat is flavourful, juicy, and well seasoned. That goes for both the beef and the chicken. Couple that with fresh veggies and a healthy amount of tahini and you've got yourself the recipe for a great shawarma. My mom picked up a shish taouk plate for me today from here, and I was extremely disappointed. Firstly, hummus had SO much lemon juice, it was inedible. There are different styles of hummus, however adding that much lemon juice is over the top. The potatoes were raw. The garlic sauce had a very sharp taste and I could not eat it. Rice was incredibly bland. The chicken, which I was looking forward to, was chewy and overcooked. I will not be returning... For $15 I expect the food to be a little better.
Best shawarma on the planet .. owners are amazing and passionate about their food . Been addicted for over 20 years
