I have had naan kebab before usually at Scarborough Town Centre. I have enjoyed the food to some degree however this time I was disappointed as I found a hair in my food. I then realized and remember that the servers in the front; particularly the girl who was serving me was not wearing a hair net. I am not sure if the other locations have a hair net requirement or not but I hope they take it into consideration.
Food is great but consistently Rude Staff.The 2 ladies working in the front at around 12pm (Monday, March 28, 2022) were extremely rude and has terrible customer service. It didn’t happened once. The ladies working here has always been rude even on their regular customers. Especially the one that scoops out the food in the start of the line. I asked her from the beginning if she can put some extra rice just because I am only getting one side and not getting the bread. She said that she is new and she cannot put extra as she was instructed by her manager to only give that less portion. Staff like this cannot be in the front if you know that a customer is getting less then putting a little more on other stuff won’t hurt. This is just being illogical. You have to based it on your own judgement. I know the portion here! like what I have said I come here on a regular basis! While the lady in the cash, being obnoxious giving me that dirty stare with her arms crossed. She wasn’t even wearing a mask and has some open wound on her upper lips. This is so unsanitary. Food industry people should still continue wearing mask for Food Safety handling. Please train your staff properly! They cannot just give the same bad service every single time I come here.PS. DO NOT DELETE HONEST REVIEWS. This is for the other customers’ awareness so they know what to expect.
5+ very tasty, packed well I drove from Newmarket, couple times just to have it at STC, loved the service everytime.Thank you!
Food - 4/5Ambiance - 4/5Service - 4/5Price - InexpensiveOrdered NK Grill & Din, and it was amazing. Everything from Salad, Chicken, rice to dip. You can not go wrong with this dish. It's good for 2 people. Don't forget to get extra dips from them, it'll enhance the taste completely! Definitely worth a visit, and coming over again!
If it’s for lunch first place my friends and I choose is here. Two meals are enough for three. Chicken is the best, flavours are just perfect. Not too salty not too oily just right. Waiting time is okay. You’ll take a while to decide so waiting time is fine.
Tried out naan kabob for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised!Took a chance with the fast food location as I have heard many good things about the restaurant!The food was very nicely done! The kabob and the tandoori was full of flavour and the colours coming from the plate were just amazing!Definitely found a new go to spot when I come to Scarborough town centre!Service is as you would expect for a fast food place and especially in STC, they’re just there to pump out as much food as they can to as many people as possible. I ordered the food by Uber eats, food was delicious and good portion. Not spicy nor dry. Tried first time but now I will go again.......
Terrible customer service. The other locations are more welcoming. The short lady at 4pm was rude for no reason. This is why you can’t be polite these days. Two stars because the food is great and the chef is excellent.
Amazing food quality. Very delicious and well cooked. Definitely recommend. I wish they open more restaurants towards Aurora and Newmarket.
The issue is resolved as the manager was ready to refund.I went there yesterday and ordered no. 9 meal. When I went to pay I tapped my card and the cashier said it didn't go through, but infact it was paid and she asked me to try again. This time we used another card and we paid again. As she said it didn't go through we also added a drink. So in total we paid 16.94 +20.32 for one meal. Very bad service not just because of this, but because of the attitude of the people working there. So bad.
