Like their Burritos and Nachos. Would have given 5 stars had they not retired chickpea fritters.Chickpea fritters used to add an amazing flavour in burritos. Miss them.
I have 2 teenagers so I go in regularly. Some staff are quite nice but there is one girl who is not nice to customers at all. She’s not pleasant….she looks angry when she talks…..first of all she didn’t even warm the tortilla……I had to ask her to warm it first before putting on the toppings….she angrily said oh yeah @nd practically threw it in the warmer……I was buying a mucho sized burrito for $17…..the only 2 toppings in it was chicken and cheese you expect a little more than a basic scoop and a sprinkle of cheese…..because your not getting anything else in it….no veg no rice no sauce nothing else…..when I asked for a little more…she gave the eye roll……honestly if the staff don’t want to be nice to people…..don’t work in customer service. I left to put my things in the car but decided to go ask for the manager and her name…..she actually raised her voice at me and said I wasn’t rude to you it’s not my fault all you want is chicken and cheese….seriously…..your yelling at an unhappy customer……i think my teenagers will be switching to Popeyes……horrible horrible way to treat a customer spends over $60 in your store at least once a week
A satisfactory experience. Food was good.My order was mixed up twice, once for the beverage (a can instead of the bottle) and an item was missed , avocado, from my wife's meal. The bottle cost additional funds so I paid again for that item. When we got to the table, my wife noticed she did not receive her avocado so I returned to the counter and the server apologized, but said it would be an additional cost. At this point, I am embarrassed in front of everybody in the restaurant and my wife said forget about it.Customer service left me feeling unappreciated.
Always a regular customer and today I went in to buy chicken nachos and asked the barista for only mozzarella cheese and chicken and she just put the sprinkle of cheese on the chips. When I asked to put some more cheese then she said it will cost you extra to add more cheese. I said I am not putting any other toppings and that melted cheese, you can compensate that for just a little more cheese. She started advising me which I was not interested. That make me think of whether or not should I go in again. I thinks staff should understand that when customer is not taking any other toppings then what is the big deal to add little extra of the only topping customer is taking.
Apparently asking if all your items you ordered were in the bag and being told yes, yet finding out when you got home that was not the correct answer. Calling the restaurant and being told "oh yea we missed it" is their form of handling and resolving an issue. Not sure if there will be a next time, only go there for the convenience, but will re-evaluate going to this location next time.
It's a good location where many important stores are near by you can shop around and then get lunch or dinner, the restaurant is clean ,but the staff who worked with my was not that friendly and was not serving right amount of food, every time I have to ask little more, it was literally like just spray off cheese and veggies. As I asked for veggie bowl so I would expect more veggies as that's the only ingredient in my food. Would like mgmt to consider this and improve.
As always Wonderful Experience. This location is far better than markham one. I always prefer to drive to this location as they have 10/10 staff and food is always fresh & so tasty. Their quinoa is always soft and perfect; not too hard; not too mushy; just perfect. Especially Preet & Grishma always give me the perfect food with happy face;like Raw veggies; extra sour cream. They are always welcoming and looks like; they feel so happy to serve customers; never tired face; always energetic and welcoming behaviour.I wish other locations would also give this type of extraordinary customer Service.Definitely coming back again & again; not only for fresh food but also due to friendly staff.Thanks to Preet & Grishma for making my family weekend dinner wonderful all the time.
Poor quality food. Poor customer service. Food is not fresh. Insult to Mexican food.
Ok, they had a tough time understanding my wife. She is Korean, person taking order was Indian. It's understandable with accents and masks, but its always frustrating for her. He maybe could have listened a bit before speaking. Also forgot to put side thing in the bag.
