Sad service. On a long weekend Sat, only 1 guy is working in the line (poor management), that too he is uninterested to work. It clearly says the quesadilla comes with salsa and sour cream but he just gave salsa and we had to ask for sour cream before leaving.2 of us went, no crowd in store. Went in at 8.55pm came out at 9.16pm for just 1 quesadilla. 1 guy walked in after us, lost the hope and just left the store seeing the service. Worst in town.

I tried burrito only at this location till now. I usually take chicken bowl. So they charge you extra for corn and other toppings but their portioning is not good i must say if we are paying extra give us proper portioning. Today i ordered chicken bowl we are telling server to put topping but she was barely putting them and was in hurry to give the order. I am disappointed with their service today. Also i guess the manager for this location he wear specs i feel he as a server is very bad he barely put protein as will as toppings. I love mucho burrito taste as it is better than any burrito place but i dont like me paying 15$ for bowl and not getting anything.
I went there last night n found place was clean. It was my first time and the person in counter guided. Being a veggie he was able to explain me. I picked up quesadilla nacho and trio taco. They were tasty and liked by my family
Very decent Mexican food, High quality and fresh. Very consistent and wont disappoint. .
Though we went around the closing time, the staff were happy to assist us. Not just that, they helped us in deciding the vegetarian options.
I went here at about 10:30 in the morning it was very empty, they were still doing the prep I think it was just opening I didn't know what to get it to be my first time in here so I got the spicy chicken "burrito" no it's actually just a sandwich. I watched this gentleman I did not catch his name he didn't have a name tag, take the utmost care in making my sandwich, he was delicately and also carefully adding ingredients in what I would say are generous amounts. This was one of the most delicious sandwiches I had eaten lately. Thanks
Make sure to provide adequate bags for orders. The food is delicious, the staff is very kindly, burros are spectacular. But on my last visit, I bought 2 "mucho burros", nachos and one bowl. You put them in the same bag. The weight was excessive for the paper bag and on the way to my home, the bag was broken, the bowl falling to the floor and the food spilled all over the floor. The burros suffered some damages but my son and my husband still can ate them, but my bowl was least than a half. The nachos went bad too. I can ate my bowl. For that reason, I give you 4 stars.
Very friendly staff and the food is served fresh and hot. If you like flavourful hot sauce, ask for the scotch bonnet pepper sauce on your burrito.
My favourite Mucho Burrito location out of all. Very friendly and flexible staff. Generous portions. I always make sure to drop by this place, if I were to have burrito (and if I am around the area)
