I normally don’t have mr sub, but every time I come around this location, I make sure to stop by for a sub. This location always has the freshest ingredients and is made with perfection. Not too much or too little toppings. Highly recommend this Mr.Sub.
I love mr.sub this location is awesome ♥️♥️Especially the spicy breaded chicken and the customer service is indefinable
The worst service ever as I didn't get service as it took the worker 30 minutes to do each sub. Line up was long because service was pathetic

Been going here for 43 years and they still make the best sub, have tried the rest but keep coming back to the best.
I ordered a foot long seafood sub combo with extra cheese and there was no crab in it or extra cheese, and I paid for it and the bread was stale. they were very stingy with the toppings and there was way too much mayonnaise. I was very disapointed because I normally walk in and order and it's good but I am working from home and I had no time to come in and order but this was very disappointing. I wish you cared about your online orders the same way you care about the orders when a customer comes into the store
As any other franchise food quality excelente, they made us feel safe with all the precautions placed. Fresh ingredients on every sub, we will definitely come back again. Customer service was also a huge part. Thank you staff for the great speedy service.
2 nights in a row now ive shown up 15-20 mins before the closing time stated on their door, the first night the lights were off/door locked, the second night the door was open but they refused to serve me because they were “already closed”. Show up a half hour before closing if you actually want to be able to get a sub late at night, or go up the street to the subway thats 24hrs. Incredibly disappointed considering ive been going to this location for over a decade and havent had an issue till now. I suggest you update your hours of operation or actually serve people when they show up.
Dropped my wallet there with 200 bucks in it and went back and they had it for me.What else can I say...Decent sub ?
Got a 12” Roast Beef sub, the roast beef is sliced so thin you can actually see thru it. It’s absolutely disgusting to charge $12.00 for a bun with mustard and cheese. I highly recommend you skip the Mr Sub at 7331 Kingston Road, it’s a rip off!!!
