Don't go here if you have any food allergies. Read what the in-store sign says, it's true, the employee knows nothing about allergens. He made a fuss when simply asked to change gloves from making a prior customers sandwich that was clearly made with the allergen, that's for the 1 star. For the most part, the individual foods are kept separate, but watch the knife and the rag they wipe it off with, no indication of how often it's changed.
Not very friendly or polite service. No cheese on my sub, and very little meat ( that was soaking in water). A very soggy, and pretty much tasteless sub
Prior waiting to the bus going east to the RT, i thought i grab a bite from Mr. Sub "Grilled Chicken".COLD bread - seemingly not fresh -The tomatoes slices dry;Few tiny slices of wrinkled pickles; some olives, three small so-called Chicken pieces (cold), sauce.Not One single napkin in the paper bag.After 2 bites, i had to put in the bin of the sidewalk.Disappointing.
I like the subs here they're always made good the only issue is when I came here today I was not pleased . I barely got any toppings and when I asked for more pickels he refused to give it to me . Not to mention this sub had barely any lettace also the way he spoke makes me feel like I do not want to come here again. Very disspointing I have never heard in my life being denied extra pickels .Very cheap and wrong when you're paying 20 dollars for two subs and get told no you can't have a couple extra items.
The washroom was filthy.Ordered spicy chicken sub and the chicken was cold. The cookies were hard as rock.

Customer service really needs to be improvedSunday morning 11:05 the restaurant was closed then when it’s opened the lady who was making sandwiches was in a grumpy and not in a working mood I guess. So definitely next time I’ll think before I come here. Attitude needs to be better
Broken equipment and not mentioning it before accepting an order. The store also doesn't follow opening hours posted on their website and on google.
I have always found the staff at this location very nice and my orders have always gone smoothly. I've never had a problem with anything at this location.
This is my first at last time at this mr sub location. The person service was extremely rudeThrough out the full time I was here. He made a sub when ordered second sub I asked him if he can finish making first sub as it was a vegetarian sub. He was like I asked you if that was all. And then ignored my request to finish making veggie sub and grabbed the chicken and then came back to finish making this sub. While doing the veggies he touched the container of other meat also. And when told him about it he was extremely ignorant about it . When time to pay while paying i asked if I can make a suggestion about your service. I simply stated some people who are vegetarian or are not eating meat due to religious purposes he should honor the request and not mix. He said he only touched it with one finger and it shouldn't matter. I said you couldn't have lifted whole sub with one finger and even if that was case still touched it with meat products. After paying he said next time you say change glove all together. I did make my self clear that I didn't want meat mixed with it. And to top it all off he didn't even give us any napkins in bag like other locations. I would say keep your hard earned money don't give it to a locations that not sanitary and gives you attitude for no reason you shouldn't have pay for rudeness. I don't recommend this location at all.
