I called at 9:20 pm and they told me I would have to place my order in store because they close at 10pm. I went the restsurant at 9:30pm like I was told to do before and on this occasion to place my order. However, when I got there all the lights were off, open sign off, but the restaurant itself was open. I asked why they're closing and its ONLY 9:30pm and explain I was told to come in and place the order. The cashier told me they close at 9:30pm and not 10pm like the sign says on the door and on Google. This is not the first time they've told me to come in and place the order only to have them close their doors after being instructed to come in. This isnt good business considering they are waisting peoples time and gas. The cashier lied to me and said the posted times were not correct on Google. This is all a lie because I've ordered food at that time previously.
This rating is just based on their customer service. Went there on tyesday 9:15 pm and they close at 10pm. The lady was so rude and was on phone all the time. Instead of helping me explain whats in the meal she was being so rude. I will never visit this store again. I hope owners of this store give some attention on how their employees about how to treat their customer.
These people talk to their customers like they're talking to a dog. They shout at you telling you where to sit, so disrepectful.And then they try to start fights when you get upset with being yelled at.Low class people.
As I walked in I was acknowledged immediately. I ordered the original chicken souvlaki with roasted vegetables, it comes with a salad on the side. I got it for dine in, I was kindly told to take a seat and my food was brought to me. Thanks for the great hospitality!
I catered dinner from Mr. Greek for team meeting from 6015 Steeles Ave E.Food was great. Delivery was on time and customer service was excellent.
I was in today for a take out order.The lady behind the counter walking around near all the food and the grill, had really LONG hair. was in a pony tail but NOT in a hair net!!! come to think of it, not one person was wearing a hair net.A customer came in for dinning in, he was not asked for proof of vaccine! and just sat at a table waiting for his order....There was tinfoil wrapping the grill and the gyro spit??The prices have increased but the quality of the food did not. The Gyro I got was greasy despite having the meat grilled, and really saltyI used to frequent this location before the new staff / owners. Just from todays visit I can tell you I will not be back!Glad I did not find a hair in my food!
Walked in to pickup my order and the chef had his mask completely off and was cooking. When I asked the cashier about it he said that he just took it off. The chef then picked it up from the table behind him and put it back on. The cashier also had his mask on his chin before I walked in. They refunded my money.
They always mess up the order when I go here. I now go to another location which seems to be able to listen properly. Always double check your order when going here, hold them accountable.
Food and service were good. A bit pricey though, compared to similar-type restaurants.
Great food and service. Food so fresh and the Greek salad done to perfection. You can sit down now and enjoy it hot.
