I used the drive-thru at St. Clair and Victoria Park and the service and quality is horrible. I didn't get a receipt even though I asked for one. I was missing 1 order of fries, it wasn't put in the bag. And the Sprite was missing the Sprite (it was a horrible bitter soda).Not the first time something went wrong with my order.
Food was fresh and the taste was great, clean and exactly what we ordered.Store looks clean overall, wc was clean and neet,only thing is that the cashiers need to be more involved with customers amd help speed up the order process instead of waiting for someone to come to the front desk and order products.They should try to upsell with every customer.Overall was an average visit and will return to the location.Ample free parking as well.

Last time I was there I waited 5 to 7 minutes for someone to come and take my order All-4-One lady to step in front of me and take her time yelling about something then as I finally got to get my order taken I waited even longer for 1 Burger and when I had got it it didn't have what I asked for extra on it and a few times I've had a stale Burger bun the place used to be pretty good and now I find everything completely backwards and not worth going there anymore it's the closest one to me and yet it's gotten even worse from before service is really lousy and so is the food
15 minutes to get cream, sugar and stirring sticks when ordering a mcCoffee carafe. No idea why it wasn't included. No idea why it took so long. No idea why it needed a manager to give us the items...
Quick service and friendly staff. This location has improved a lot since the past years.
My drive through experience is always great, they always get our large order right and haven't missed any items. Only one time we had to wait but it was quick!
One of the best McDonalds in the neighbourhood! The morning/afternoon drive through crew are so polite and get my order correct every time! I actually live closer to the McDonalds on danforth and coxwell and I can’t stand how rude the employees are there! And they always be messing up my orders, even my coffees lol.
