This location is the only one that I know of that makes you buy a Happy Meal in order to get the toy. In other words you cannot buy the toy only. Every other location that I go to does not care if you buy a Happy Meal or not to get the toy. Never coming back here again.
Service was not good as compare to the other location. I want a ice cream in the cup, the lady first told me I need to pay extra for that. I said ok even though I didn't need to pay extra at the other location. And then the lady talked to a guy there seems to be their manager and told me that they can't put a ice cream in a cup even I can pay extra. Ridiculous! location is the only reason I give 2 STAR.
Ordered for curb side pick up and nobody came out for 10 minutes so I had to go in to get it myself… and on top of that, no one even started making the my order until I asked. It wasn’t too busy as well, 2 people in line…
Mobile order a juice, then the lady tells me they don’t have it at the window. Then she asked me switch to another pop, after changing the drink, they don’t refund the difference. As I asked for it, she closes the window and left. That’s not about the money, it is about the service and attitude. So I must add this comment for customer service improvements.
The staff here are really nice every single one of them. but May the manager (as seen in the picture) was extremely rude to us and other customers. She ruins the vibes here and acts extremely unprofessional.
There is one male employee that overall makes the environment enjoyable. The only concern I have is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Maybe it's a good idea to clean a table after a customer is done using it.
Wow!Really?!!! I avoided eating out all the time during the Covid pandemic period. And it’s been a while since last time I had McDonald’s breakfast. This is literally my very first time writing a google review. Piece of hair was found in my sandwich when I was chewing the bite! I am so disgusted! MORE public health attention and training is needed especially to employees working in the kitchen PLEASE. Hope nobody else would have similar experience.( I tried a few times, and I’m not even allowed to upload the photo here!)???
Service and food is good most of the time, but just this one time me and my friend ordered 2 coffee on drive thru, we were asked to park at the front and wait, it was 3am, there was one guy in line be4 us. So we parked at the front and waited for like 15 mins (For 2 coffee!) , we saw a car came into the drive thru, got his food from the window and left, without waiting, obviously they missed our order! My friend walked to the window asked what happened, finally a lady came out with the coffee, so my friend complained a little and the lady said " dont give me the attitude", i meant cmon u r the one forgot to make our coffee !Look what happened again!Does this look like a full cup???
Good food, made fresh and tasty.Staff did a good job, Veronica took my order correctly and back if house prepared it well with my modifications.Keep it up.5 Stars all around.
It was very terrible service today around 3:40pm at this location. Our family ordered 2 happy meals for our children and the charge was $10.38, rounded to $10.40. We gave them $20 bill and they gave us the change only $9.40. They made a mistake of the 5 cent coin, they thought it was 25 cent. We noticed them and they told us to pull to the side and his manager will come out and talk to us. Two minutes later, the manager came out and said to us that his employees said “we paid by card”. We said “we just paid $20 bill and got the change $5 bill, two toonies and one 25 cent, one 5 cent and one dime. The manager went back inside and came out 2 minutes later asking us again. We said the same thing. He did not believe us and we were very upset, not because of 20 cents missing. We were upset because he did not even apologize for the mistake his employees had made, but he kept asking over and over and asked us to show him the change. I was holding on them and started to show him, then he gave us 20 cents missing. We said “ we are not parking here to waste of our gas and time just for that 20 cents, ok!”. He said to me “ you don’t have to be upset, he’s here to solve the problem”.“He was the one created bigger problem.”It was terrible service we have ever seen before?
