Food nothing like what it used to be. Ice cream machine seems to be broken no matter where u go. Service seems to get slower and slower even when ordering on the app of the kiosk in store. Drive thru is always backed up.
The lady manager this morning was very RUDE !!!!! I picked up this morning to get my coffee and my son lunch to school using my mobile phone . I went to the counter and when wait until my number called. When my number called went to the counter and pick up my order. Manager asked me where's your number? I checked my phone and I can't find it . But I show her the receipt that was sent to me by mcdonald through yahoo mail. She didn't accept it .You need to show me the number with high tone infront of the people. I come to this store almost 4 to 5 times a week regularly for the last 13 years and I never treated like this.
Location is great. Lots of parking. Big place got a play area for kids but still close due to pandemic. Lots of tables. Not busy. But service a bit slow for just an order for coffee. Nice place to have a meeting with friends. Lots of shops in the plaza.
HORRIBLE SERVICEIf I could, I would rate it a 0/5. I waited on two ice creams - once vanilla cone and a McFlurry for 23 minutes. I paid by the machine, and it gave me no receipt. I went and told the lady working there and she had probably asked me what I ordered about 10 times. She kept coming back and asking the same question over and over, and instead of focusing on the problems, she left me aside while she fulfilled other orders, as if I was INVISIBLE. Then then manager came up and asked the SAME EXACT QUESTION! she also asked me what I ordered and which machine I had used. After answering her, she went to “check the machine” and never came back until my mother went in demanding for a refund, and then they finally, actually started doing their jobs! She then pulled up the transaction in less than a minute! She then proceeded to give me the refund and I left, and we never even received an apology. The service was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! This could have been easily fixed if the manager and cashier had done their jobs and focused on my transaction. I wish I could have said it was busy too, but there were only like 3 customers left. I will never return to this horrible franchise, and I hope other people out there don’t come here either.
Waited almost 15 mins for an order. People who came after me got their orders before me. The shift manager noticed I was still standing there and apologized. She made sure all of our food was fresh and gave us a free medium fries for the wait. My kids were very happy. She made what could have been a bad experience better by just simply saying "I'm sorry"
Had breakfast there, was good. Can never go wrong with the breakfast bagel belt, hash brown and coffee. Also tried their sausage between pancakes the mini ones, forgot what they are called, but they were delicious. I whabe always like McDonald's breakfast, never enjoyed any of their meals. Great place to eat breakfast and have a nice coffee.
Hit and go for this branch. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Multiple people (7 of us) waiting in line around lunchtime and no one to serve. Took a long time to get our order today.
The service here very good. The cashier will take your order right away, or at least ask if we were ready, instead of the customers asking to get service

This location has no consistency with their breakfast burritos. I have a food scale and the weights vary from 1.5 ounces per burrito to 3.5. You might get two solid burritos or two that weigh the same as one usually would. You are taking a massive chance at going hungry OR being satiated. Best to steer clear of this location if you want to get what you pay for. They 100% don't care about what they serve, it's totally random. The last thing you'd expect from a chain whose brand was built on consistency.
