Today was literally the most embarrassing day for me , i along with my friends just riding by the mcd and thought of having Mc flurry since the dine-in was closed we got into the drive-through lane on our bicycle, after 10 mins of being in the queue one of the members rudely denied to take our order because we were on bicycle, he straight said that you need a car to place an order. We were gonna pay, we were in line , we waited for our turn. This is really too harsh and rude. I also work at a drive-through and we take bicycle orders there , it doesn’t seem to be a problem for us as long as the person is in line and ready to pay. Putting it all aside the staff didn’t even have the correct way to talk to customer.

This location was so disgusting. Garbages all full to the brim, tables all filthy. One table had a bunch of empty beer cans on it. Just a mess. Long wait for my order. No thanks

This is so disappointed they serve me a cheeseburger without a burger patty and cheese in it. What kind of staff you have there? So disrespectful.

My review must of been too long for it not to show up.But last time I waited behind 2 vehicles that moved up, I was the third car. Once I reached the speaker to place my order. I waited about 12 minutes before someone said hello, what can I get you. I placed my order for filet of fish, drove past window 1 because they were accepting payments at window 2. The cashier (male Indian) said their debt machine was giving them issue, if I can try another card, I said sure. Tried about 3 of my cards, and tried multiple times. After waiting to pay for my meal which I asked to be freshly made, was ready to be served to me. It was ready to be handed off to me but they couldn't accept my payment option. The guy harrased me if I had cash, then asked me to drive around to window 1 that I drove past to pay after waiting so long. So, I told him that wouldn't be fair to me. I seen cars in my rear view and if I went around to pay, no body would give me way to reach window 1 because people would think I'm trying to bud the line without knowing I was going around to pay. Get my drift? It wasn't my fault and it wasn't fair to me to go around either. The manager also wanted me to go around, and I said nope, I'll wait here to pay but I won't leave or go around. Worst customer service, no line up, yet I had to wait nearly 17 minutes to get my meal. I was the third vehicle in line, and then 6 vehicles pull up. The customer service at this location is below par. No logical reasoning skills.

This is one of two locations that Ill go to in my area. The service whether drive through or walk in/take out is fast and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and the reconfirmation of my order is greatly appreciated. Food is alway hot and my shake is perfect.

They take too much time to give you order. I am super disappointed with this branch. Plus, the ambience of this place seems super shady.

Ordered 4 fish sandwiches, all of them were burnt like this and drenched in oil.

I ordered from Uber my muffin didn’t have a bag my tea was made wrong the wrap had basically not lettuce and was just sauce the chicken was old and dry. It’s not hard to keep thing fresh and make it right I used to work in a McDonald’s I know so this is pathetic and the manager incharge sun April 9 isn’t a good manager at all.

Service is fast and people who work there try to make the food on time.We all need to have some patience because this is the busiest location.If we have to wait for some time to get our food its totally fine because they are not only having dine in or delivery they also have mobile order,Drive thru,Curb side these days.Keep the good working doing You have a great team!!:)
