Drove into the drive thru, nobody took my order. Waited some time till I finally asked “hello?” not sure if anybody was awake. And the guy with the mic said “ wait a second”.While I wait, someone else drives to the second drive thru order area. And gets their order taken before me. I finally got to order an egg McMuffin. And the employee says they don’t have any. And I’m confused at the level of communication I am receiving. At this point I ordered a double cheese burger and was providing my code. The employee couldn’t understand the code. So I told him I’ll drive up to the window. I give him my code, pay for my order. And was told to wait a minute again. After I received my food, I asked the employee why the other person was able to order and I had to wait.The employee kept trying to tell me his mic did not work and that two people take orders.I asked him, “ wouldn’t it make more sense if the first person that arrives gets served first?”I wasn’t sure if this employee was not listening or had a language barrier. But he kept repeating his the same thing over and over again.This location isn’t the same anymore. I would rather get out the car and wait 8 minutes at Harvey’s.An employee under the influence of marijuana would be more efficient than …An employee that can’t work the drive thru orAn employee that has a language barrier orAn employee that is busy video calling his family back home
This McDonalds location hiring manager is very bias and picks and hires her own people which is not right. My teenage child applied and kept on following up about his application after the interview. Kept telling him wait for an email or they will follow up. Don’t waste my child’s time or anyone’s if your not gonna hire. Let them know by phone call, email or whatever if the hiring manager is not interested. So people can look for something else. I worked at Mcdonalds in my teenage years and don’t remember being profiled for what we looked like or the colour of our skin. Mcdonalds is well known for giving people opportunities specially if it’s someone’s first job. Smh shame on the hiring manager. And shame on this location. I will definitely file a complaint at the head office. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
The worst McDonald’s location! I ordered McChicken combo with extra mayonnaise on the side, I didn’t say any add bacon on it. Look the picture! what they gave me Chicken burger with no lettuce, no mayonnaise add bacon! and didn’t give me the receipt. How come you call this mcChicken burger! They wasted my time to go back change!
Order on mobile, come to collect in drive thru, told to wait at the waiting window, 2 cars come through and get their food, wait for 20 minutes and reverse to the 2nd window, none of the employees know where my food is (most likely given to one of the 2 cars that came by) given stale food and wrong sauces with my meal and couldn't even offer any sort of customer service other than "sorry" for all their screw ups. Please train your staff properly and teach them how to reconcile bad service to change it to good customer service.
A very clean environment, courteous staff. However this location is under staffed resulting in long wait times. I must admit that this does not happen every time I visit this location.
My friend and I went to this location for a takeout at night. They saw us standing near the kiosk to make an order. I even asked one of the employee Is the dine-in open? He said No, which is fine. But they all literally saw us standing there to make an order and didn’t even tell us anything. And after 5-10 minutes, there was this rude girl walking to serve the drive through person yelled at us “We are closed” and something else.. I mean seriously? How characterless and disrespectful ??. She could have told us politely. Please appoint employees who knows how to behave.
IWould not recommend. The night crew is absolutely disgusting talking and laughing about how they SPIT IN SOMEONES FOOD while I was at the window. The Pop is always watered down, service is the slowest around to the point my drive through order is cold when I finally receive it.-100/10 IN MY OPINIONI will never spend my money at this establishment until the entire crew is replaced. Im sorry to say but Whom ever owns this franchise seriously needs to reevaluate their employees as they are the reason this establishment has a extremely negative rep.

On my way to work I ordered a medium senior coffee with two milk at McCowan and Eglinton McDonalds around 1:34 pm. The girl crew member repeated my order " one medium senior coffee with two milk". When I reached the first door the cashier said that I ordered a medium coffee with two milk. So I said that the order was incorrect and it suppose to be one medium senior coffee with two milk. Then the lady corrected the order. I believe the girl crew member wasn't properly trained. Please train her well.
I ordered tea for my drink and the service crew didn't properly closed the lid so I almost burnt my hand. Crews were also not attentive to customer's needs. I was waiting for someone to notice me to ask for mayonnaise but it took them a while to notice me.
